Booked him, showed up ontime. Impressed so far lol. Very friendly man, knew his carpets, how to clean, made no mess, laid plastic down in rooms so he could walk between rooms ,parked the car out front on our lawn. Explained what he was doing and how it worked. He could take a joke too. Had him clean our moth eaten carpet on moving out of a rental after 12 years. Was efficient and pleasant and the carpet was noticeably different in colour . Thanks . He also does pest control and tile cleaning. He he does brilliant stain removal . Cant remember the cost off hand ,husband has the account somewhere. But I stayed to ask questions and see the job done. Very happy
Large newsagency ,plenty of room to move.nice gift items . I purchased a 21 st signature key for my sons birthday but found exactly the same one at a discount store opp for $5 less! I don't mind $1-2 but $5 gee... Lots of girly gifts, momentos, mags etc. a few decorations and the key cost me $46.34

Nice stainless steel one. Love the nic nacs in this place, ford, holden, footy stuff. Great items. Store is small and is cramped when packed with people but worth hanging around fir a look see

After buying my sons stainless steel stein I needed it engraved. The lady where I purchased it said to come here as they will give a good price. Easy to find, lovely lady last sunday that did the engraving for me. Took less than 5 min and done to my liking. 10 letters/numbers cost me $23:95. Check it out if you need some lovely engraving
Great bargain store with all the same things as the newsagent opp only cheaper. Went here looking for 21 st birthday part stuff after buying items across the walkway. Found exactly the same items $5 cheaper! Best variety of birthday decorations . Shop is big but cramped, not alot if space between aisles. Ended up buying a fair few decorations for the party, balloons, banner, badge, table decoration.$12 so very cheap and happy. This will be my first stop in future
Well here we are. Corner store on an alley in small shopping mall on main st. Shop is average size, clean, bright, menu boards easy to read.
We ordered 2 reg kebabs. I like their bag idea of ticking off the ingredients as you ask for them. 2 sauces are free then extras are 50c. I had reg beef/lamb with tabouli, pineapple, cheese hummus and garlic sauce. Partner had a chicken one but no tabouli or pineapple. I never asked for onion but I got it. The already cooked meat is kept in a bain marie ,so isn't that hot! In fact by the time the kebab is made the meat is cold amongst the colder salad. The kebab needs to be toasted longer, mine was soggy and loosely wrapped up so that it fell apart as I ate it. I couldn't taste any sauces or find the pineapple. Cheese was scarce. It was packed with a fair bit of lettuce.
They need to improve on how they make them and have hot meat on the turning rack. Service from mum and son ( though he only looked about 13) could be friendlier. Mum,I think it was mum, didnt say a word to the customers just made the kebab . The boy just takes the order,no hello,no smile,no customer service,so that needs major improvement. We also got $5 chips which was a small serve for the cost. So all up it was 25.50 for just 2 kebabs and chips.the chips were pretty nice though, not greasy and crunchy but brand name chips.
They have a sign in the window that burgers, spuds are coming soon so i hope these are better than the kebabs or someone else makes them during the day,but Friday nights I won't bother again as they were not what standard I am used to.
Approximate cost: $8
Can actually miss this little place ,I have walked past it on occasion, under the escalators lol. Love BOOST. The kids are friendly here, place is kept clean and tidy. Love my king william. They have 2 sizes and kiddy collector cups. Service depends on how busy they are but usually within 5 minutes.
Approximate cost: $5:90
we come here for lunch on weekends quite often. on the corner opp the caravan park and beach,we usually take our food over to the picnic tables by the beach. always great fish and chips ,lovely thin crispy batter. always packed on weekends in summer. vast array of meal deals,a few fridges for drinks. seats to wait ,tables and chairs outside. i like the seafood basket, lots of little pieces to my liking. staff are always friendly and dont get frustrated with questions lol. great location
Approximate cost: $12
well chinese on sunday night here was a bit disappointing/ spent $9 all up and wasnt satisfied. thought we would try it as had driven past a lot and seen ppl waiting for their takeaway orders out on the footpath so thought we would give it a try. well 3 ppl waiting in front of us ,told ten fifteen minute wait ended up almost 25min. the restaurant and the takeaway have different entrances which is good. restaurant was void of customers at 6ish. decor is ok nice paintings on the walls of Aisan themed trees etc. why it took so long to cook food I dont know. we ordered honey king prawns, combination zechuan, mixed entree with 2 lovely spring rolls,2 battered dim sims which i didnt like because of the thick batter, and 2 dried not very filled wontons and sauce for 7.50. also a large special fried rice. one meal leaked in the bad badly because the lid was put on and broke.
my honey prawns I didnt finish ,the batter was far too thick for my liking, prawns were ok though but the honey flavour was lying on the bottom of the container in the noodles and hard to mix unless you swapped it to a plate which we finally did. the szechuan was very watery and must have been a quarter of the container of it. the rice was very dry and lacked flavour. dont think I want to give them a second chance. too much I wasnt impressed with. very dry, tasteless meals and please dont put thick batter on your food. value for money was ok though lot of it . range started from $15.9- to $20
noticed a stand of manic panic hair dye which i love as you can usually only get it online and Ive only seen it at one other store at Morayfield so the display got my attention. front counter is right at the doorway, very open, 2 aisles of hair care products to browse and the hair cutting on the other side of the shop.lovely black and gold decor from the front. lovely lady served me, very nice indeed. bought my manic panic pillar box red. love it. $25 a pot but as I have short hair it lasts about 4 times and its natural, not like the dyes. will certainly go back here to try a hair cut next time I'm around there
