Great place but be prepared for a long line lol. Our after dinner dessert. I had the most devine cherry garcia cone and the cone was half coated with choc and 100 & 1000s so yummy, soft cherries and full of flavour. My man had triple caramel chunk and he looked like he enjoyed it lol only thing is the ice creams so,soft that its melting when its handed over. The freezer needs to be up a few notches not sure how food and safety take this but thats not good. Love the weird flavours ,ice cream is smooth but get a spoon as well lol. They have ice cream cakes and sundaes . Love ben and jerrys ice cream

Ok 3 night stay we recieved with an attend a holdiay seminar and get 3 nights for $98 bargain for partners birthday weekend. Well the room was ok the view over the river was amazing for taking photos. Beware tho everything costs $15 extra! Breakfast is $15 and quite good buffet from 6;30 am till 10. If you book the day before you get it for $12:50 so we did . Parking which is horrendous underneath and if thats full park it doubled up in the main driveway. $15 a day! Shuttle bus to the theme oarks yep you guessed $15. Reception service is pretty poor. We were in our room on 2 ocassions when the door was pushed and the handle wriggled like someone was trying the door.we reported it to reception and was told the manager will be in contact. That never happened. 2 lifts and only one goes to the basement parking. So you have to get out of one on the first floor to,wait for the other to,go to the car park. Annoying as tenlifts took up,to 5 minutes sometimes. Also the lft buttons had none for floors 3/4 so those floors dont exist, recepton had no idea why when i asked. Free wi f for 30 miniutes in reception. Someone took our do not disturn sign out of out door and housekeeping knocked ten minutes later asking if we needed anything. Who know where that went. No ome seems to know anything other than to take your money. Te table in our room had in grained coffee cup stains on it that made it look perm dirty .i tried cleaning it for ten. Minutes but it wouldnt budge. Bath and a shower which i think isnt necessary in a cheap hotel trying to be upmarket.having a shower and the soap suds rise from the drain near the toilet. Only used my usual amount of the size of 20c and the suds just rose out of the drain making a slippery mess.bath was very slippery. Handy clothes line in the bathroom. I think turning taps on in bath thenpulling a handle up to start the shower is annoying. Had to ask my man wtf is the shower taps lol.had me puzzled ,never seen that before. Room has a full size fridge but nothing in it not even ice. Close to cavill ,the river cruises, food, and the new tram. Would only stay there if we got a deal.
Looking for somewhere different on our 4 day stay last weekend, went for a stroll into cavill and found this place. Was a bit packed so thought is was ok. Was seated and that was the end of the service. Once you choose from the menu you go up to the counter ,pay and wait. Partner had a steak done to his liking but said it could have been a nicer steak was a bit tough ,he had the surf n turf i had garlic Prawns and rice ,the prawns all 6 of them tasted rubbery and the rice was cooked perfectly but nothing had any taste! No garlic taste no nice prawn taste. Very bland, i had to keep putting salt on the meal to get any sort of flavour. Not impressed. We had drinks in cans, all up cost was $45.35. Wont go back there again nothing to i press me. Lots of room and tables tho but no service .the kids meals are $5 and i did like the fact a guy was walking around doing balloon models to keep the kids entertained. But nothing to drag me back again
Lovely place for wine tasting ,we ended up buying a chocolate port that was $25. Also bought one for a friends xmas pressie lol. The lady behind the bar was brilliant and friendly. They also have yummy chocolates and nuts. From byron bay for sale, for $8.95 i had to have the choc cranberries. Mmmm. Nice decor. Love the wooden bar benches
Man made cave for glow worms. The grounds are superb, lake ,lots of water dragons. interesting enough. Life cycle of a glow worm is fascinating and our guide shone hismred light on the little, buggers to show us the threads they make. About half an hour. Wouldn't do it again once was enough.

Went here last weekend,we thought the price was a bit stiff for a walk. $19.50 each. The skywalk is a bridge above the tree canopies, lovley views but not for the height challenged . Nothing much to see other than trees.few butterflies up the back ,people actually bought prams along the narrow tracks which was dumb in my opinion. 2 hour walk, gift shop and cafe were just the normal things nothing unusual.like the idea of the car park being manned though. Someone to guide you where the spaces are though there arent that many. Was peaceful to say the least, we just wanted to do it once. Not worth the cost tho
Came here for my partners birthday last thursday night. Rocked up and got a beeper ,bit of a wait for 20 min so sat at the bar listening to great loud music.good atmosphere. Not cramped unkess you have more than 4 lol then its a bit squished. Lots of room. Decor is 60,70 music with memorabillia on the walls and stair way.the toilet even had a rather big golden guitar as the door handle! Food was great. I had the yummiest fish and chips with a really nice aoli and partner had the pulled pork burger with a hot sauce. He was allowed to,run a bar tab which he loved. 2 other people had shout outs for birthdays along with my partner and they got ice cream sundaes in the house. Surprise for him. All in all we loved the place. Meals wernt cheap but the food and waitressess buzzing around like bees and the fast work of the bar kept the place hopping. Good going guys will def be back. Down stairs is a shop and my man bought me a hard rock cafe hooded bear, so cute for $23. Meals and drinks cost us about $70
Went here on our trip, down last weekend. We had a cheap deal from groupon $25 for 2 adults .you get a coupon book when you pay at the desk or show your receipt when you prepay and get your tickets online. Can spend about an hour in here looking at shrunken heads, artifacts, guiness world book record holders. They have new interactive smart phone apps now too.you down, oad the app and then scan the things they show you and it opens up more things to read or do. I wouldnt take small kids in ipI would go for the over 12s. Some things are really creepy lol. Interactive mirrors and movies to sit and watch. All in all a good hour and a bit spent here. The pictures drawn on a grain of sugar are unreal. Definitely a must see
As much as i love apple this store takes so long to do anything. Dont go during school hols! We made an appointment for a time and didnt get in until almost half an hour later even thomstaff were just sitting behind the service desks. Was super hero day so everyone was dressed up, amused us for the time being. I eneded up buying a set of ear buds $50 other than having a phone reset when it screwed up with the ios 8 update. The guy that helped us was brilliant. Sense of humour, apologetic, fast in his response to fix the phone. Coildnt fault him. Place gets so packed tho so book an appt and prepare to wait. Huge store to browse and try products
Wondered in here to browse ended up buying good quality belts. Huge range of leather gear, sheepskin ,wallets ,belts boots.half an hour went by before we realised, chatting and browsing. Everything is set up so well, belts all in one place on the wall, wallets on another table. Some lovely stuff here. Some good ideas for gifts as well. Colourful hats and bags I adore. Will go back again when next up there. The shop cant be missed from outside. Inside is roomy for the amount of stock they have.all sorts of leathers, emu, snake, ostrich. Nice to feel the difference.
