The wife, kids and I all love it here. The atmosphere is amazing - with all the great memorabilia and such around the place. Great food, great friendly staff. One of our favorite places to go to grab dinner when on the Coast.

All time favourite for the whole family. we have traveled the world and been to many Hard Rock but this one is up as much with all the deco and music and food as the best of the best.

Came here for my partners birthday last thursday night. Rocked up and got a beeper ,bit of a wait for 20 min so sat at the bar listening to great loud music.good atmosphere. Not cramped unkess you have more than 4 lol then its a bit squished. Lots of room. Decor is 60,70 music with memorabillia on the walls and stair way.the toilet even had a rather big golden guitar as the door handle! Food was great. I had the yummiest fish and chips with a really nice aoli and partner had the pulled pork burger with a hot sauce. He was allowed to,run a bar tab which he loved. 2 other people had shout outs for birthdays along with my partner and they got ice cream sundaes in the house. Surprise for him. All in all we loved the place. Meals wernt cheap but the food and waitressess buzzing around like bees and the fast work of the bar kept the place hopping. Good going guys will def be back. Down stairs is a shop and my man bought me a hard rock cafe hooded bear, so cute for $23. Meals and drinks cost us about $70
Went out for dinner in a group of 17 for a combined birthday and anniversary. Had an amazing night! Fantastic atmosphere, great food and our waitress was the absolute best. Fast and efficient service. Will certainly visit again on our next holiday.

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe twice over the recent school holidays. The food was fantastic, the service was great and one waiter (wish I could remember his name) went out of his way to cater/entertain our young children. The music can be a bit too loud at times but overall the atmosphere is fantastic.

i have been coming here since this place first opened and the staff may have change but the food is great and the music is so memoriable you cant get enough of it and the prices may be a bit high but for good food and music it is worth it

I love taking my kids here. The foods not cheap but always good and there's plenty of music memorabilia for them to look at while we're waiting for our meals. It's just always bright and cheerful and the staff are great with the kids. The burgers are delicious.
I have visited Hard Rock Cafe on about 6 different occasions and it's always a fun place to eat. The food is pricey but the portions are very big. We've tried most of the burgers on the menu and they are awesome. If you get a table out on the deck it's a great place to people watch Cavill Mall. The ambiance is very cool, very rock and roll so it does get quite loud. Also it's really busy at dinner time especially on a weekend so it's very wise to book ahead of time.

We went there on Halloween for my mums birthday dinner, and we asked if we could have a balcony table, which we didnt end up having. I understand that it was a resturant very orientated around rock music and culture, but there was very dim lighting, the music playing was core-rock-death-metal-punk music and the tables were squished together; we decided to walk out and leave.

We ended up taking our teenage son here for a feed with his mates, I wasn't so impressed with the crowd but the boys enjoyed their burgers. I thought it was a bit too pricey but we did love wandering around and checking out all the guitars, signed paraphernalia and pictures of stars!
Bit touristy and later becomes a bit 'clubby'.
we visited hard rock cafe at night for diner a very busy place with teenagers, we ordered at 8pm and diddent get our meals till 1hr later very poor service and quality of food is poor also no taste and is expensive not as good as 5years ago
A group of 8 of us went here last week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We did go at a time that wasn't busy so we found the service to be quite good. It was a 15 year old birthday party and the staff came out to sing Happy Birthday to her when the cake was brought out. Everyone enjoyed their meals so a good experience all up.
Service was fine (although waited for quite a while for our meals) but the quality of teh food was a dissapointment, especially considering the reputation of the chain.
Nedds a lot of work which is a shame as.. it really should have standards the same world wide. Food is poor quality, serivice needs work.
Hard Rock has a very big name to live up to - the rap sheet that they brag would lead you to expect a high-quality dish for a $25 burger. In fact, there are burgers one fifth of this price that are just as - if not more tasty. (See 'Golden Arches')
The cocktails were $15-18 each, so we decided to go with a Coke and a Corona (mexican imported beer). The drinks were flat and not cold enough, and took forever for 2 simple drinks.
The service was fine, the waiters very friendly.
Took a long time for a very sub-standard burger with no unique tastes to arrive at our table.
Very overpriced for what was to be expected from a globally renowned brand name.

We went here for a friend's birthday dinner, the service was great and the food was nice, it is a bit overpriced but what you would expect from a venue like this. The decor is very cool and there is a lovely balcony to enjoy the world passing by.

Hard Rock is a great place to go and see live music. The food and drinks are pretty overpriced for what they are though.

I love the fact that wherever in the world I go to a Hard Rock I can order my favourite salad and it is the same. The staff are always very attentive too.

Great atmosphere for dining with friends or the family. The service is great and the food even better. There is alot to choose from for both food and drinks and you will definitely leave satisfied.
The burgers at Hard Rock are great, and considering you now pay about $10 plus for a burger on pretty much any menu, the burgers at Hard Rock starting at about $12.95 are really good value. They are really filling and come with a big serve of chips. The ambience is fun, a little loud at times, but a good casual atmosphere. They are also child friendly particularly if you go for lunch or an early dinner.
