Bit of a yuppy deli. Was the only place I could find some chocolate short crust pastry. Nice big store, fridges on either side of shop.bit of fruit n veg, pastas etc. lots of parking. Clean bright ,large store. Will have a better browse next time. Found my pastry but at $10 per sheet I wont be making the choc wine tart very often. Friendly girl on counter. Want to go browse when more time now

Took the kids here on a beautiful day. Lots to see and do. Our feet were tired from walking around but their is a tour bus that takes you around the complex. Lots of shows to watch, animal feedings,if you're lucky you see Bindy or Terry or Robert during a show. Good food in the cafes but a bit exe.lots of souvenirs and things for the kids to stick their heads in to take pics. Courtesy bus from beerwah train station. Lots of parking. Go early and experience it all. Entry starts at $59 adults,$35 fir kids up to 14,then its student prices

I agree that this one is the best we have tasted on the coast. Open sun to thur 11-2 and then 4:30 to 10:30. Fri sat sun add half hr to closing time.
The fried dim sims are meaty and fresh, not full of cabbage lime most. Partner wanted a bag if those on their own lol. The plum sauce that came with them was very watery tho had a nice taste. Needed to be thicker to stick to the dim sim.
We had takeaway, waited on the chairs at front till, complimentary prawn chips on offer and lovely welcoming by nanna and the girls.mum is very attentive and friendly. I had the pork ribs which were lovely and tender and cut differently to the usual ribs you get. Thin slices on the bone and so nice. Enjoyed them thoroughly.my partner had the honey prawns and we were both impressed with the softer batter and the honey taste and seemingly fresh tasty prawns. They were not fried up hard and tasteless like some places. We also had the special fried rice was moist and tasty.
Loved it all and will return as this is the best in Caloundra or the coast. Decor is bright, iron press in reception behind screens lol. Street parking.all up cost us $52 i think it was.

Not a bad little restaurant. Usual chinese lantern decor and plants. Not overly big.street parking.they have a no added msg menu.we had mini spring rolls and dim sims $5 for 3 which i thought a bit exe.they werent anything to rave about but ok. I hd sweet n sour king prawns. Nice tasting sauce but a not enough of it, i did like the fried rice house special tho, lots of veg and prawns.all up my partner and i thought it was just ok.his beef in black pepper sauce wasn't very peppery but then again he likes hot stuff, lots to choose from.

We bought 2 extra large chickens on the weekend to take to rellies for a birthday lunch. Shop is large, very open, couple of tables and chairs inside and out. Clean. Staff are attentive and friendly.
The chickens were beautiful and moist and fed 10 of us. I saw coleslaw and git what was left.well this was the best coleslaw i have ever had! Very creamy, fresh, crunchy veges and the mayo was delicious .
Chickens were $15 each but worth it. They have a range of salads, burgers, sandwiches, fish and chip packs at reasonable prices. I even went back the next day to get another coleslaw.
If your driving by and feeling peckish, skip maccas and try this place. Much tastier and freshly prepped foods

Friday night is eat out night so we ventured around Caloundra and settled for this neat ,clean and bright little shop front nestled between 2 restaurants down by the beach.
Service was just standard, not that friendly but gets the order done. We had a normal burger, chicken burger 2 potato scallops and a serve of chips. Order came within 5 minutes even tho there were a couple waiting and one after us so service was surprisingly quick. My burger was great, on a bun bigger than the ingredients and didn't fall apart which makes a nice change to eat it as a burger and not bits and pieces from the container. Beetroot, nice tasting patty, might be commercial but still ok,lettuce ,tomato, onion on a bun held together till the very last bite. Only thing wrong was the watery bbq sauce that made a mess in the styro box. A lot!
Potato scallops were thick, golden and morish.well done . Chips were steak cut and a serve was quite large.bit dry tho.
Also bought a coke and all up wasn't bad for $25:80.
They have seafood packs, fish, chips ,salads. Next door they have the shop they have open for breakfast as well.
I think $2:90 for A banana fritter and $2:50 for a slice of battered pineapple a bit much. Give it a try if you are down that way. Pleasantly surprised

Ventured in yesterday for something specific. Found the item for $6 and then browsed whilst waiting. I love the trinkets and all the nrl and holden ford stuff, tho a small shop it holds a lot. Little cramped when a few people in there but its great fir that unusual gift. They could stock a wider range of nrl teams tho only saw about 4. Lady that served me was nice. Will keep going back when i need that special gift

Sorry but we wont be going back here again in a hurry!
Friday night and we ordered pizza from here for the first time. Found pictures of the menu on menulog.someone needs to spend time on a website.
We asked for half and half but they didn't do what we wanted, meat lovers and prawn so we ordered a regular of each one and a garlic bread for $32.
Well for $13:50 for a pizza we waited 25 min and were told 15.
The look on my face when my name was called must have been a site as the boxes were like lunchtime pizza size
Get home and wow.disappointment city. Garlic bread $4 was 4 slices of a french stick, very dry and not much taste and burnt on the edges. Pizza wasn't much bigger than a bread and butter plate for $13:50 !gee come on guys a regular pizza is way bigger anywhere. One meat ball on each slice, 3 bites and the slice was gone! Very salty ham or bacon, loads of that on it. Couldn't taste the sauce or the cheese.i did find one slice of salami though,I scored there! The slices weren't even cut properly.I had to recut them !all uneven some very tiny slices.not even an A for effort
Ok so move onto the prawn pizza.
Rubbery frozen prawns, one on each slice,no cheese apparent nor anything else bar dried up think scraggy mushrooms. I know There was a but of cheese on my partners meat slice, just the one, because I saw him stretch a bit out!
The bases were terrible and soggy didn't hold the topping even though it lacked topping. The cutting of it was pathetic, one piece was about and inch wide and 2 inches long!
I even had to spit out the unveiled prawn on a piece. No taste if anything really. Place is supposedly a restaurant and bar. The restaurant is a large bright room off the shop ,a party of about 12 was there while I was waiting for my order. 4 small square tables joined to make 2 rows and the place was full. Don't even know where the bar was. The waiting area is overly huge and unnecessary. Lots of single chairs and a couple of lounges. Shop is bright and cheap looking. Cheap grass mat covering the prep and cooking area with a kitchen out back. Huge front counter area.
Hope anyone has a better experience than us tonight. Very disappointing. Girl on the counter taking orders was ok . One guy walking around in kitchen doing nothing, just walking back and forth to counter. Don't know what anyone bothers with this place
