We had Crown Power install a ducted air-conditioning system to our home. At first we had trouble deciding whether we wanted to install just individual units in the bedrooms or go the whole way and install ducted to the entire home. Russel was very professional and helpful, coming to our house twice (both times in the evening as we couldn't be home during the day) to quote and go over how each different system would be placed and work. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons for each type of system but didn't really push us in either direction which helped us feel comfortable that we were getting the facts rather than when you feel a salesperson is trying to push you for what might make them more money. We decided to go for the ducting and two weeks on are very happy with the system and our choice. The temperature seems quite even from room to room, we are happy with the economy from what we can see on our energy monitor when it is running and the installation was very neat and tidy (we were consulted on regarding placement of all the outlets and parts). On installation day there were four staff in our home, each with different roles and it all seemed to run like a well-oiled machine, everyone new what they were doing, it was done in about 6 hours. Plus they vacuumed up after themselves (missed a few corners but they're electricians, not professional cleaners!). Overall we're very happy with our system and felt very comfortable that the guys at Crown Power new what they were doing and that we were going to get quality. Last plus is they guarantee the system and their own work for 5 years -- most of the other places we had quotes from only guaranteed their own work for 1 year.

We had Kylie Walls photograph our 7 week old son. It was a great experience. She came to our house and brought props and backdrops etc (though we could have chosen an outdoors location) and spent about 2 hours with us photographing. She was easy to talk to and very patient and gentle with our son. She photographed him for about 20-30 minutes, then when he became grizzly suggested we take a break and I tried feeding him to settle him down. That did the trick and he settled down to sleep and she then continued photographing for another hour or so. We had some shots with the three of us as a family and the majority just our son in different poses. About a week later we were sent a link and password to see a large sample of the best of our photos online. From that we chose 10 images (the included-in-package amount) and received prints of those along with digital files for each chosen image, both colour and black and white. We also chose one image to be enlarged. I think we received our prints about 3 or 4 weeks after ordering. We were also given a 20% discount on ordering extra photos additional to the 10 included in our package when we ordered those at the same time.
