24-Hour Back-to-Base Alarm Monitoring or Self-Monitoring Services -
Add an extra layer of security to your home or business with 24/7 security coverage that immediately alerts our monitored control room in case of intrusion 24/7. With free alarm reports, user login access to your account, open and close reporting, live operator support and backup SMS notifications, you will have a team of professionals watching your premises. If an alarm event takes place, we will inform your user list and/or send patrol on your behalf. If a confirmed break & enter, we will call the police and inform you of the incident. Our alarm products can also allow you to self-monitor via an app on your smartphone. So you can see the alarm event. Combine your alarm with a camera system and have total peace of mind in seeing what is taking place during an alarm event.
Digital Security Alarm Systems -

CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) -
Amazing image quality with IP technology. Great images night and day. Remote viewing access on your smartphone or PC. Ask about our Ai cameras. Whilst they do not replace an alarm system, they can enhance your site security by triggering an alarm and/or flashing lights when there is movement in a set location in the field of view of the camera. These cameras are best used outside, so they act as a deterrent before an intruder attempts to break and enter. Sirens, lights and/or voice messages can be set up to warn of intruders. Outstanding service. From emails, comms via telephone, quote in person to install. Andrew and his apprentice were very professional. Had 12 cameras installed. Job is very neat and the boys were very tidy. Found them both to very courteous. Andrew has been on speed dial since, answering all of my stupid questions. I am writing this to express a thankyou to Andrew from Pacific Security Group for coming out to do a quote on security camera setup for our house.
Andrew had made the process a easy transaction the first time at meeting him at the door and going thru the whole process with ease.
His knowledge of the product and what is needed to do made it very easy for myself and my wife to understand. It was nice to have someone talk to us as a person and not just another number on the list to see. We have had other companies come out and quote but there service has nothing on what Andrew has to offer with his knowledge and great personality and getting the best price for us. Right from the beginning when I was planning to install CCTV in my premises, Pacific Contro Group gave me technical proposal to suit my budget and explained all my queries.
Andrew did a thoroughly professional job and spent a lot of timewhile installing the cameras and the hardware and explaining the intricacies of the system.
He also set up the remote view in 2 of our devices so that we can remotelly watch the CCTV images from anywhere and we are extremelly pleased with the outcome.

I was referred to Pacific Security Group when we moved into a new premises and our previous security provider could not assist us. It was a blessing as our experience with PSG has been nothing but positive since the very first phone call. Helpful, prompt and friendly, they have been a delight to do business with and if only all our suppliers were so efficient, running a business would be a lot easier! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called a number of potential suppliers before being referred to them and was immediately impressed with their proactive and helpful approach. While I was waiting for other companies to call me back, they already had a system installed and running for us. I receive weekly open and close reports which helps me track my operations. I encourage people to sidestep the large brand names that offer only that - just a brand - and absolutely no service behind it. 10 out of 10 for these guys!
