Great support. they made migrating easy.
I migrated my domain analognatives.com.au from another Australian hosting company to UpTime and was extremely pleased with how easy it was.
The help topics were actually helpful for someone without a degree in I.T, and when I ran into an issue that wasn't documented in help, the support was swift and effective.
So far, I've found the servers to be fast, the familiar cPanel back-end is easy to work in, and my site was online and fully functional faster than I expected.
I'll be sticking with UpTime for a long time I reckon.

Email hacked
John provided me great support when my email got hacked. He worked methodically through the problem and got me up and running in a few hours, after my exchange account was blocked by Microsoft. It was great to speak with someone local. Highly recommend Uptime.

Migration of website
the migration from another host to uptime was a difficult one but Edward and John performed the migration extremely efficiently and expertly at the end of the year when most people are on holidays or not working! amazing service - now everything is working as it should

New joomla 5 site migrated to uptime
I’ve been very impressed with UpTime.
I transferred my old site to UpTime - they migrated it for me - and they made it very easy for me.
I am not a professional developer and had questions regarding plans.
I wanted to be able to run Joomla 5 and php 8.3.
I had to transfer nameservers as well.
All my questions answered courteously.
They are Australian-based, I could speak to people who understood my concerns, they are good value for money, and they are polite and professional in their interactions with a (somewhat naive) me.
Looking forward to further developing my site with UpTime.

Amazing service and reliability
I signed up with UpTime a few years back and they did the move for me with pretty much no down time (and certainly no effort from me). I've not had an issue since.
Recently, they were in touch to migrate my server to new hardware and, after putting it off until the last minute, I e-mailed them to say I was ready – five minutes later I got an e-mail back saying it was done. No issues again!
