The team at Link Living took over from my onsite manager after a number of poorly looked after tenancies. Communication is a lot better, we have fantastic tenants and the property was rented in less than a week.

Brad is exceptional in terms of communication and professionalism. I had a terrible PM before Brad came in and he handled everything really well. I was really upset and frustrated by the negligence of the old PM but Brad reassured me that we will take care of everything one at a time. He cares about his clients and I'm happy to have him look after my property.

As a tenant dealing with Brad and his team from linkliving was great. They always responded promptly and followed through on what they said, which is much more than I can say for my previous experiences renting. Brad took over management from a different real estate partway through my lease and the whole rental process vastly improved from then onwards.
