I have been using Affinity to manage my rental property for 6 years. They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I would highly recommend their property management services.

Sean recently sold an investment property for me also. His expertise in this space was a great asset and made the whole process run smoothly. A great sales result was achieved with minimal marketing costs! From engaging his services through to settlement, Sean was professional and a pleasure to work with.

This is the second property that we have sold with the Affinity team. As for the first time, the team were highly effective. They had the property on the market at the earliest possible time, and organized (and recommended on) the offers as they came in. We were pleased with the sale price and there were almost no bumps on the road to settlement (the few small issues were not the faut of Affinity). We don't sell properties very often (!), but if we had another to sell we would gladly go with Affinity again.

Sean McCreanor is a professional who cares about people and acts responsibly. I also deal with the Trust Accounts Manager, Luanne who is incredibly understanding with us. We sometimes in the past have struggled to pay rent in full, but I always work with Luanne Armstead to make sure it's paid in full as soon as we can.

Like any business, they have had people come and go but Sean always makes time to reply to emails we send occasionally.

Overall I would say they are the best "property experts" living and working in the local area where we live. And I say this by having experienced other so-called experts who I have dealt with from some of their competitors.

We are about 4 years living at our rental property this coming Jan 2025. With all the uncertainty and having two young boys attending a local school, we appreciate they recognize we try to keep the owner's home well looked after and maintained.

During my time here, Affinity has been excellent in responding to questions and maintaining when required. The staff who do inspections are prompt and respectful when taking photos. All dealings I have had face-to-face, and in the office have been great, it’s nice to meet the team.
