I've been a regular customer of Catch of the Day for some time. Unfortunately it seems to be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes deliveries are super prompt, but mostly they take more than a week to deliver. Brand name products are of appropriate quality but other items are cheap and nasty and a bit of a disappointment when they arrive.
I've had one warranty claim (on a netbook) which was well managed.
Communication is terrible! It's very difficult to determine how to contact COTD if you have a question or an issue and responses take a long time. Even the Facebook page isn't the best way to communicate with them. This area needs a great deal of improvement.
Packaging is always excellent, I've never had anything arrive broken or go missing.
I'd like to see a customer loyalty program.
I'd give a better rating for value because of the lower prices but it wouldn't really reflect the true meaning of 'value'. Jetstar has disappointed us and angered us several times in the past and we decided long ago never to fly with them again.
The most infuriating experiences involve being told the gate closed '5 mins ago' and told we had forfeited our flight. There is no margin for understanding with Jetstar and everything always seems like hard work.

As far as we're concerned, there IS no other domestic airline! Trust Sir Richard to provide great service at excellent prices. We're never disappointed and always enjoy our experience. In the past when we've flown Jetstar, we've invariably been let down, angered, frustrated and felt like mere numbers.
Virgin know how to treat customers and they never make you feel like 'budget' passengers. From researching flight times/prices through to landing and picking up your luggage, everything is made as effortless as possible. It's not always perfect but the benefits far outweigh the minor disappointments.
If you want to revisit the old tuckshop days, one step inside the door of Mr T's Bakery and you'll be right back there. They make all the good old favourites: vanilla slice, jam and cream donuts, jam-filled donuts, nenish tarts, boston buns, cream buns, apple turnovers with or without cream, coconut slice and more. Plus they have fantastic pies and sausage rolls. If you want something a bit healthier, they'll make up a gourmet sandwich, focaccia or wrap. You can also get a pretty decent cup of coffee there.
Order a custom made/flavoured birthday cake, buy a range of breads or pick up your favourite tradie smoko: a pie and a chocolate Breaka!
Can't beat Mr T's for nostalgia and old fashioned taste sensations!!
I LOVE the lipstick duets! You get a lip liner at one end and the lipstick at the other so they match perfectly and you don't have to carry two products. The lipstick lasts well too.
I find the duets a little expensive but I stock up when they're on special.

All Finance & Tax Solutions provide fixed-cost accounting and tax services. It's brilliant knowing upfront what the costs will be each quarter and at the end of the financial year. Graham has a 20-year background in banking and finance and is very knowledgeable. His approach to his clients' accounting and taxation needs is very patient, proactive and encouraging. He communicates on the same level as his clients' understanding of financial matters and makes it very easy to get all the paperwork done as it should be.
I have never experienced such simple accounting in all my years of business and can't believe I was doing it the hard way all this time. Graham is all about simplicity and also ensures everything is done by the book for the ATO.

Over the years, we've enjoyed unparalleled service from RACQ Roadside Assist. I've had a battery changed in my car, we've had a couple of instances where keys have been locked in the car, a couple of tows and some other diagnostic visits.
RACQ is definitely money well spent. It's not only peace of mind but it's convenience, value and responsibility. Unless you're really savvy with cars and how to fix them, I think NOT having RACQ membership borders on irresponsible. You can't afford not to be able to call on someone in those unexpected times of need.
I recently bought a new car from Eagers Kia at Kedron and the salesman, Don, was very helpful and enhanced the whole 'new car experience'.
I was happy with the sales process and Don did whatever he could to expedite delivery. Love my new car!!

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with elements such as delivery times when purchasing from CoTD.
As we have to rely on third-party couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, unfortunately - on occasions - things happen that are out of our control i.e. delayed delivery.
Although we aim to respond to each and every help request within 48-hours, sometimes responses can be delayed due to the fluctuation in volume of help requests received. At times of high help request volume, responses may be slightly delayed. For this - we sincerely apologise!
