Customer service is not high on Ikea's agenda. Considering many items are larger than would fit in an ordinary car, you would think there'd be a little help on hand to determine if they'll fit.
The products are good but pricey and if you saw the recent story on one of the 6.30pm shows, you'd know that Australian prices at Ikea are way more expensive than in other countries.
The cafeteria offers a great breakfast at a really cheap price. The kids' play room is probably a great help for parents with little children. There are some good points but all in all, the service could improve for sure.
Not that impressed. The container of ice cream I wanted was almost empty and the remaining ice cream looked worse for wear. I asked if they could open a new container but ultimately, I don't think they did. Service wasn't too friendly either. Meh.
For a seafood buffet with an abundance of fresh seafood, try this place. It's a revolving restaurant with 360 degree views of the Gold Coast! Lunch is $52 but it is worth every cent. The service is professional and attentive, the food is excellent and the view is unmissable. If you love your seafood, you'll love this. Unlimited prawns, crabs, oysters and more. Plus there are Asian dishes, soups, salads, roasts and a range of other offerings. There are more than a dozen desserts to choose from. Parking is easy in streets around the hotel or there is free parking under the building. Take visitors there and they'll remember it always.

Dropped in today to pick up a bargain and I wasn't disappointed. I received an email newsletter saying there was a sale on and it was a very decent sale! I bought some new glasses and a recipe book holder. The new store is looking fantastic, the staff are friendly and professional and the quality of product on offer is top notch. Highly recommended for foodies and even beginners!
K.M. Smith have been the funeral directors for our family for decades and most recently helped us with the funeral for my wonderful Dad. Their slogan "we think of everything" is true in every sense. We could not have been more impressed with their professionalism, caring and dedication to making everything run as smoothly as possible. Trish, our director even moved a very special street full of traffic to allow the funeral cortege to pass through unhindered.
We are very grateful for their attention to detail and the way they made everything as comfortable as possible for us at such a difficult time.
Great set-out at this location, lots of different seating options. The staff are incredibly friendly and happy. Food is usual Grill'd fare. Nice new store with more of a restaurant layout and a full bar.
What's with the sharp knives in the pot on the tables? Meh.

Dropped in for an iced coffee and specifically requested no sugar at all. Turns out they add vanilla syrup to the cream before whipping. Still ... delicious but not what I asked for.
Waiter was pleasant and professional. For a Thursday night, it wasn't very busy but everyone seemed happy. Heaters keep the place warm even though it's in open air in the mall.
Every so often I go in to Thomas and Daisy for a quick lunch on my own. The food is delicious, coffee is good and the service is always friendly and warm. Read a newspaper or a magazine, browse at all the goodies for sale from the adjoining shop (which also spill over into the cafe area) and enjoy a tasty treat from the cabinet.
It's lovely to have a little place like this in my neighbourhood and I hope they do very well for a long time :).

I always seem to find what I'm looking for at this store. The staff are helpful and offer to hang clothes in the dressing rooms while you continue to browse. Pricing is excellent, the store is always immaculate with appealing displays, outfit suggestions in the fitting rooms and well maintained racks.
No hassles with exchanges or returns as long as you do so within a reasonable time frame.
Hoyts is so much better than Event Cinemas because you don't feel ripped off to go there. On a Tuesday, tickets are just $9.50 each. Parking is plentiful and free and there are no time limits.
Ticket box and concession stand staff are usually helpful and pleasant and today, a woman named Jeanette served us. She was pleasant and added to our experience.
No Gold Class (that I'm aware of) but a great little bunch of cinemas that always show the latest movies. Clean, well maintained and comfortable.
