Do not recommend.

Did not diagnose properly in the first place, which you would assume is the purpose of an initial (paid) call out. It became very obvious that both onsite repairman did not have the relevant expertise, needing to consult someone else over phone to diagnose the issue. But even that didn't help because they found a subsequent problem each time they came out. I never actually had my air conditioner fixed, despite paying nearly $900.

I drew the line at forking out another $650 when I had no confidence it would fix the unit. Furthermore they demonstrated shonky business practices, refusing to breakdown detail on a costly quote.

Buyer please beware! I'm considering reporting them to the ACCC.

The product and the install was perfect and the airconditioner is working brilliantly, completely cooling the whole lounge and kitchen down,however when I insisted on a 5kw system to put in my house I was yelled at and insulted and treated very badly by Jay who never apologized, mind you because he insisted on putting an 8kw system in my house which would have been totally unecessary....the 5kw system is working perfectly on 22 degrees and cools down the whole space including the kitchen, something Jay said would not happen!! I was very courteous to Jay over the phone in the meantime he was arrogant angry and insulting and it was completely uneccesary. When your client is upgrading from a 2kw system to a 5kw you should show some more respect and be happy that they continued to use you throughout the install especially after the tirade of insults...Terrible terrible treatment of a customer uneccessarily!! His workers said he is always like that, which makes me sad for them.

We needed an air conditioning unit installed in a recently purchased house as part of the renovations project. I found the Acer team at the Brisbane Homeshow. I discussed with them our needs, sent them the floor plan and they advised the correct size for our house. I wanted a "name brand" and they suggested Mitsubishi, which I was happy with, no cheap, imported, no name air conditioner for me! They advised the correct size, gave me the quote, I accepted and we booked the installation time & date. The electrician/ installers arrived on time, did the job, no fuss. They invoiced me, I paid the invoice and now I have a great air conditioning unit in the house. So great a service from start to finish, I'm happy with the price and would highly recommend this business to anyone in the market for air conditioning. - Rob
