The factors that made me choose Kathy and A-Z Conveyancing:
Price: Some were cheaper and others more expensive - I strongly believe never to go with the cheapest, especially when it is your own property that you are buying or selling - or the most expensive when you are not getting "bang for your buck".
Accessibility: From contacting Kathy initially, who would always call me back if we missed each other, to the day of Settlement, Kathy would always update me and she was always available even after hours via email or phone.
Passion: The most important factor of ALL. Do you want someone “just” to do the conveyancing of your property like a “job” and that is all it means to them?
Or when it is your own property, you want the best effort and if there is an issue with the Contract of Sale or any other legal component, to have the knowledge to rectify and achieve the best outcome.
That is exactly what I received from Kathy – she went through the Contract of Sale with a “fine-tooth comb” and found errors on my behalf that even the large legal team that the Vendor had could not. She approached the conveyancing as if it was her “own” home, not someone else’s.
Knowledge, Passion and Professionalism to resolve any issues before Settlement is what makes Kathy and A-Z Conveyancing a better company for your conveyancing needs than others.

I am blown away by how helpful Kathy was when I purchased my first property. She guided me through the process so I was aware of each step. From reading through the contract before purchase and informing me of things to be aware of, right through to the personal phone call when the property settled.
I had no idea there was so much involved with finance, fine print in contracts, my rights and responsibilities etc. Kathy guided me through this and gave me confidence that everything was under control.
Buying a first property is a daunting experience and was made seamless by Kathy and also no where near as expensive as I thought.
It was nice knowing I had someone on my side through the process.
