Quick, efficient, attentive. I was in great hands with Kathy and A-Z conveyancing who took care of everything with a minimum of fuss. I was kept up to date with everything along the way. They will be the only people I will call when I next need conveyancing.
What I have discovered through the whole process of training with Ridewiser Ergo programs is that I am so wedded to the Ridewiser 'Training Pyramid' concept now that any other data just seems to cloud the picture.
You have really taught me well.
I could feel when I was over-training and found balancing this out with more riding at lower intensity solved the problem.
I love the clarity of your Ridewiser training methodology, especially at my level of interpretation, and can see that the 'balanced man' approach is helping me become a much better rider.
