I had a positive experience working with Lynn and Tracy. Lynn's review of my contract was very detailed including recommendations of special conditions to be included. Tracy also was friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the process and she was able to answer many of my questions. Despite the added challenge of my transaction because I was overseas for part of the time, Tracy kept things moving smoothly and maintained good communication.
She returned calls or responded to follow up emails whenever I reached out. Even after dealing with a family emergency, she remained professional and responsive upon her return. I appreciated her dedication and support during what could have been a challenging process.
