In the years I dealt with Hugh Reilly as a tenant,they were extremely good to me.they always did everything by the books,listened to any complaints I had and helped me correct any problems.the office is nice and clean,the staff are friendly and courteous.the location is very convenient as its located centrally in mackay,and the buildings easy to find.would definitely rent off them again if I was looking to go back into renting.

I only dealt With this business a few times as a home owner,not a tenant,my experience with them as a home owner they were collecting rent for,was not very satisfactory unfortunately.the shop itself is quite small,there's not much room in the waiting area,they do have all the listings available to you easily,and the desk staff are very friendly and efficient.the shop is located right in central mackay,so easy to find,and there lots of parking outside,and across the street at the cinemas.ive heard other people have had good experiences with this real estate,so maybe mine was just a one off.

This is a stall in Canelands that makes fresh juice and smoothies on the spot.they have about 5 people working there so turnover is very fast.the juice is delicious,so fresh and tastes perfect,they put ice in it too so it's cold,goes down amazing on a hot day!some people think $7.50 a juice is a lot,I do see their point,but I love this juice so I don't mind paying it.they also have a loyalty card,every ten u buy you get one free,also you get a free juice on your birthday.

I've tried here a few times,plus got takeaway(don't ever ever do it,the food is cold rubbery and chips are non edible)and every time I hope it's going to be better bit its not :/the staff are rude and so bored with you,and with being there,it's like it's a chore for them to talk to you,to even acknowledge you!the food is so expensive.for a $45 steak you can choose veg OR chips,but not both?for that price?!the steaks are fatty,over cooked,the ribs were stringy,and every time the chips have been soggy..I love ribs so every time I've gone,hoping they were better,alas,it's always been a HUGE,expensive disappointment :(

The location of Maria's is the best thing about it unfortunately,and its what its well known for..it over looks the river in mackay,it's literally built over the river.outside is all laidback couches etc,inside is bar w with bar stools n tables n chairs...the vibe is very chill,has a very eclectic styling,and is breezy and cool.but..the food..the food is mainly tapas,and they are tiny little portions,don't go if you are really hungry!what there is of the food is not anything to rave about,I've made better at home n had better at friends dinners..so that was disappointing..for the price as well,the portions could be twice the size.again,the setting is 10stars,the food only 5..if they could get the food up a bit it would be one of the most popular places in mackay!

.I've found that the restaurant itself is nice,cosy atmosphere,laid back vibe,all good..busy as some nights,usually booked out most,it still retains a laid back feel.the menu is small,but the food that is on it,is literally "wow"there's the degustation menu,which means you eat in the order your body digests it,something different in mackay,and very welcome.the food itself is divine,I've been there heaps,only once had a meal that was only ok,every other time it was better then expected.this is reflected in the prices,they are above average,but the food is above average too.its located in macaky city heart,so very central,easy to walk to then go to movie/drinks after etc.I personally like the place,it's food,service(and the owner Adrian is lovely!)and go there when I want something a bit above mackay average.its a nice welcome in mackay,to have a restaurant that is a little different,and is not just steak and vege :)

The restaurant is quite small and crowded inside,so when busy it gets quite noisy,but the excellent food makes up for this.theres a reason everyone raves abut the food here,it really is fantastic.the tastes are authentic,the flavours are delicious,there's no bad dishes here!the staff are lovely,even when busy they stay on top of it all.meals cost what you"d expect from a restaurant,especially since the food is about average.located centrally in mackay,lots of parking,this is a must visit restaurant.

The cafe here in Canelands is nice and cosy,the staff are very friendly,efficient and helpful.the coffee is amazing,there's a huge range and variety,they have light roast,dark roast,organic,decaffinated,free trade etc.you can drink it there,take it away or buy take home packs.they also make frappes,iced drinks etc.the only thing that lets it down,is the cakes/slices etc.they are the same ones you get at McDonalds,its not really good quality flavor etc.plus it's more expensive then the same stuff at Maccas.still a great cafe and excellent coffee though,plus its convenient as to located right in Canelands central.

This is the first shop of its kind in mackay(region)and is extremely appreciated and loved!they bake cupcakes on the premises,so they are fresh as,and the variety is amazing!from double chocolate to red velvet cupcakes,they are all too delicious!the prices are as expected,although a lot of people would baulk at paying $4.50 a cupcake,I will add they are huge.and handmade and delicious.they make drinks/coffee as well,again they are well made,taste great and affordable.the staff are lovely,really friendly,and as the owners work/bake there as well,they are genuinely committed to making customers happy.wether you go once a week or for a treat,it's well worth taking a look and enjoying a delicious cupcake!
