1. Food was ok except I found some disintegrated bits of plastic in my meal. Made me sick.
2. Tried to contact them multiple times to rectify the problem above, including via an email on their provided brochure. Someone responded to 1 email that it was not their business (ie the owner printed the wrong email on their advertising brochure going to someone elses address...or else it was correct, and they pretended they wern't the restuarant). Still have not heard anything back from the other messages sent directly to them, or other email of their website owner.
3. To top it off, expensive, the soft drinks alone cost more than I have seen anywhere else.
You would think a business that sells food with foreign objects in it/makes their customers sick would want to rectify the matter promptly, and list the correct email address on their advertising, not someone else's. However they have made no effort to respond to a big health risk to their customers.
Congratulations, you get the award for worst customer experience so far.

Yeah cheap flights are available, but the really cheap ones are rare and on weird dates that most people dont want to travel.
My problem is when you do fly with them, every single time, including overseas trips every single pair of headphones Ive had has been stuffed, the portable video tablet system always has issues for me, and obviously staff can't do much about broken systems/management being so tight that there are no resources to provide a standard enjoyable experience that is available on any other airline.

I attempted to use this several times, and the prices seem highly inflated, especially long trips, much more expensive than normal. Often sites like this increase the prices when you revisit, as they know you are keen for 1 particular flight/date. I just go straight to the discount airlines websites and it's usually much cheaper on there for the same flight, have a look at this yourself if you don't believe me.

Last year I made an online order, which due to a stuff up by BCF I had to pick up myself. When I got home I only then realised half the items were not in the boxes they left me to pick up, and a few items broke almost on first use, and were all generally very poorly made, the worst low quality items not fit for sale. I got in touch with support many times, and they have not replied once in the last 3 months, even though I have received automated confirmation from their system that my complaints were indeed received. Do not waste your money. It's one thing to sell cheap low quality products, it's another to completely ignore customer service / complaints altogether.
