Have only been here once as l normally go to my local store staff where helpfull and polite will be back again
My short time in BCF Maroochydore was very pleasant. Very funny staff who were also very lovely!! :)

Last year I made an online order, which due to a stuff up by BCF I had to pick up myself. When I got home I only then realised half the items were not in the boxes they left me to pick up, and a few items broke almost on first use, and were all generally very poorly made, the worst low quality items not fit for sale. I got in touch with support many times, and they have not replied once in the last 3 months, even though I have received automated confirmation from their system that my complaints were indeed received. Do not waste your money. It's one thing to sell cheap low quality products, it's another to completely ignore customer service / complaints altogether.
This store has everything you need to camping and fishing. The variety of goods is excellent and the prices are very competitive. However there isn't one on one service (atleast for long) and no-one to offer helpfull advice.
