best little rls in the area. has some great bands and theme nights over the year. the food upstairs in the buffet is cheap and not too bad though it could be a bit hotter. many times had warm veg so changed to salads, seafood dishes are yummy. plenty of seating up and down stairs, car park is plentiful, easy to get to, always clean though the restaurant and cafe tables take longer than usual to clear but always a good night out.

ive been going here for about 10 years. one of the salesman had twins when i was first looking for a set of tyres there. he got talkative and gave me a brilliant deal . gave me the tyres and a free spare from one of his personal stock out the back.everyone has a great attitude of making you feel welcome. ive been back several times for tyres and always the same service. very happy . the store is very clean and bright. parking is a bit of a pain depending what time you are there but all in all a great place

Not a bad store to find cheap underwear and kids clothing, i have found many a nice top in this store. Last visit was 2 weeks ago when i found new lacey undies going cheap. 2.50. Quite a large store to browse and i lose time in here. Has a bit more variety than the Brisbane stores i have come across.

Found inside the matilda fuel stop on steve irwin way. Good location for a break on long drives to or from the sunshine coast. I stop here most times for petrol on way up or down coast on weekends. Lovely ladies behind the counter. The cafe is inside the doors to the left. Quite a variety of hamburgers made, sausage rolls, coffee drinks, little supermarket down the back with lots of fridges for frozen food and drinks. The pies are quite nice too. Fish and chips are ok lots of takeaway varieties. The petrol is one of the cheapest on the coast i reckon. Its always 4-5c cheaper than Brisbane or caloundra. Open all of the time day or night, prices are average for this kind of place but worth the stop for a break

Friend and i had lunch here last Thursday. Well the quality of what we chose was rather disappointing. Cost of salads and meals are overpriced in my opinion and yes i realise they have rent and staff and bills to pay but that shouldn't lower standards. The cost of a caesar salad was almost $20 and you had to pay extra for egg. She ended up,ordering the chicken schnitzel and salad. I ordered the fish n chips n salad as we were hungry and remembered the size of the plates from past visits. Well the guy that served us has been there for years and is lovely. Very helpful, and truthful bit of a wag as well which makes diners feel, comfortable. Well along came the meals after our meals after we got our drinks, really i expect a cafe with a bar to actually make a lemon lime and bitters from scratch! Not from a bottle. Every time i go here there is no one that can make it or they have no lime cordial! Really? That coles across the rd hasn't any in stock?
Must say we were both disappointed with the size and quality of the meals. Her schnitzel looked microwaved and flat and very brown crumbs on it.looked more like a piece of rubber.can understand why she didn't finish it. My fish was 3 small finger shaped pieces and a handful of chips which were ok.the plate was a rectangle shape no bigger than a dinner party entreè plate .The salad on both plates left us wondering if they knew what a salad was! It consisted of a less than palm size leaf of iceberg lettuce, a few strips of rockets, a sprinkling of shredded carrot. No onion no tomato no cucumber! Come on guys up,your game with a decent side salad! The vinaigrette dressing was very oily and sat under the salad ,neither of us tasted it till we hit the bottom of the plate. We did mention how our meals were and the guy gave us a shop,a docket for one meal free. That was very much appreciated. Wont be making another visit in near or distant future. Cost outweighs the size. The place is clean and tidy though, staff are nice . Plenty of tables, parking can be a bit packed and you have to park next door in maccas

A tiny shop outside the supermarket. Bought a 6 pack of min jam donuts for a treat. The young girl was nice enough serving, not a lot left at 1 pm ,the shelves were pretty much empty. The other older lady that obviously worked there ,was in a break, slouching in a chair in their eating area about half a metre away, texting on her phone. I didn't find that good.but the donut jam is very watery. I know why i hardly ever eat these now, shared with my partner on drive home. Wouldn't frequent the place though.
