After getting floating wood floors put in @ 10 years ago; we get a courtesy call this year to find out how our flooring is going (10 years later) and as it turns out, we're looking at reno'ing our kitchen (not a big job) - but that didn't matter - they couldn't do enough for us - brilliant customer...
