New carpet, while not top of the range, is very good and very well priced. Old carpet was removed on Thursday and new put down on Saturday. Happy with it and the men who did both jobs. Highly recommend.

WARNING!!! On 18 March 2016 Carpet Selection Centre damaged floor tiles to 3 doorways while laying my carpet and hammering in the edging and they refused to take responsibility for this. It took weeks of phone calls, emails , raising a claim with Consumer and Business Affairs and finally having my visa payment disputed before I was able to get them to accept responsibility. I had to engage a tiler, who charged $350 to replace most of the damaged tiles as luckily we had some spares and CSC did eventually pay the invoice for this. However, I suffered the inconvenience of further time off work for the tiler and the dust clean up thorough my home after the tiles were changed. Having to pay in full before the carpet was laid made the situation difficult for me in getting reasonable response or action from them, as there was no consequence to them. CSC was extremely difficult to reason with and was not worried at all about having a stressed and unhappy customer, and claimed they have a good reputation for being the cheapest around! Yes, they may have been the cheapest, but it cost me way more in the long run.

We have just had renovations done to our front lounge room, and needed new carpet for this room. We went to see Gerry and Dean at Carpet Selection centre, as we had used them in the past. They both remembered us as soon as we walked in. We were looking to just get the lounge room done, but were struggling to find a carpet to match the hallway. After looking through some of the range they had, we found a very nice looking carpet, and the price was low enough, that we decided to replace the carpet in not only the lounge, but the hallway and the three bedrooms also. Excellent Service, Price, and Advise.

Needed new carpet for our home theatre. We got a good deal and the price was very fair. The installers were very professional, even carpeted our landing and steps to match, and took away the old carpet and cleaned up. I am very happy with the job, and would have no hesitation to use them again

We needed one room of our house carpeted and were after a no fuss, no frills approach. This is what we found with this company. Personable service, genuine honest sales approach, prompt installation and a very good price. They had a great 'end of roll' selection, so we got a good quality product for cheaper. We would use them again.
