I was there to buy vac bags and waiting also was an elderly couple with their vac cleaner. The couple needed new wheels for the machine. The service technician let the couple know that they were out of stock of those wheels. He then asked if they minded having second hand ones. They said that was fine. He found second hand ones off an old machine replaced them checked their vac bags and gave it a quick service all for $10. They were tickled pink as they came from wynnum.
