Nerdcore helped with with an urgent reset and repair to my Dell computer. I was impressed by the fast response and the quick turnaround. I had the fan and wifi card replaced as well as an operating system upgrade all completed in about half the time other companies were suggesting. I was informed at all times about what was required and the likely cost. I would highly recommend Nerdcore to family and friends :)

I had a fundamental problem with my well tablet in that it wouldn't turn on. A call to Tell had me worrying that all my data could be lost but having left it with Nick for a few hours, he got it powered up and working again meaning all was found rather than lost. A huge relief.

A great organization to do business with. Based very close to Hughesdale station, it's easy to reach by public transport. Nick sorted issues with my elderly Dell laptop, but I was impressed with the service and his advice, and subsequently purchased a s/h laptop as a present for a friend. So far, so good!

My laptop died. Nick gave me an early appointment, ascertained that my circuit board had been zapped by a power surge, but was able to retrieve the data on its hard drive and transfer it to a very reasonably priced replacement laptop - all within a few hours.

I spilt water on my laptop and was told by HP (the brand of laptop) that it would not be able to be fixed, and I would need to purchase a new laptop. I went with the intention of getting my data off the computer and was extremely relieved when Nick was able to fix my whole computer. I consulted Nick after a very poor experience with another service provider who had charged me $300.00, did not fix the problem and wanted another $300.00 to have a second review!
Alternatively, I found Nicks service to be prompt and professional, he solved the problem and gave me a 30 day labour guarantee. Nick also provided me with advice on several smaller issues I had regarding the operation of the computer. I am pleased to have found a reliable and professional computer service provider

I have a ten-year-old iMac that was running extremely slowly, with many applications freezing on a regular basis. I contacted Nerdcore in Hughesdale and was advised that my Mac would benefit from a memory upgrade as well as replacing the 1TB drive for a 1TB SSD. I took the Mac in and all upgrades were completed within 24 hours. The Mac now runs like a new machine! Nick, at Nerdcore, also gave me good advice on reducing the storage on my hard drive to further improve performance. I would strongly recommend Nerdcore to anybody with an old iMac that needs a new lease of life.
