I had a major loss of data on my crashed hard disk. I had several IT advisers saying it would be difficult and therefore expensive and possibly impossible to retrieve my data.

My laptop battery suddenly died, I saw Nick on Saturday, he said he could have the replacement on Tuesday. The installation and service completed as promised and I had my laptop back on Tuesday afternoon. I was very impressed with his professionalism and rapid service, thank you.

I was having major issues with my personal computer at home and after trying all the troubleshooting advice myself which could be found through online forums I decided to call Nerdcore due to their existing strong reviews.
What I can say is, there is a reason they have such a high rating. Their technician Nazeh was absolutely faultless. Came out that same day and after trying for hours to fix this incredibly complex issue he even voluntarily took my computer back to the workshop and continued attempting to find a solution in his own time off the books. Nazeh is truly an asset to this company and I highly recommend their services if you want to be certain that your technical issue will be resolved, regardless of the complexity.

My laptop was running extremely slow due to a damaged harddrive, Nick replaced it and upgraded the RAM at a very reasonable rate and it was ready the next morning.

Very quick turn-around of the repair. Nick was awesome and enabled me to pick up my repaired computer on a Saturday morning.

My son damaged my laptop keyboard by spilling liquid and I was thinking about buying another laptop, but decided to give Nerdcore Computers a chance to fix it. Dropped it off around 5pm on a Saturday and it was ready to be picked by 10am on Sunday. My laptop repaired and ready to go. Happy with the communication and professional service.

I called Nerdcore at 10am with a request to build a PC with specific parts, given a budget. Called me back 30 minutes later with a quote, and I picked up the newly built PC at 4pm. The pricing was extrememly competitive, I got exactly what I asked for, and I wish all of my consumer experiences were this efficient.

My laptop needed a motherboard replacement due to some error called ACPI BIOS. Nick was able to assist me with replacing the motherboard with ease the next day! Laptop is working smoothly now!

I went to Nerdcore as I had a problem with my sons Razer laptop with the battery not charging. When I had problems in the past I was told by other computer repairers that it was hard to get parts, but here it was diagnosed in 10 mins to need a new battery and one was sourced and installed before lunch plus he tested the charger and had a replacement ready as well. Quick competent service was well appreciated

Nick was very quick to accurately diagnose the issue with my borked custom PC, and was on the ball to chase up replacement parts when delivery was delayed, calling the supplier and courier frequently and keeping me updated via email. Once the parts arrived it was ready to pick up within an hour or two and is now chugging along happily again.
The flat price and no-fix no-fee offer peace of mind. Would highly recommend.

Retrieved all data from my external hard drive especially family photos (eg wedding photos) and training videos.
The hard drive light was on, the drive made a humming sound (like it should), but none of my laptops could find/read the drive.
Nick was thorough in his explanations and explained in plain English. Explanations about: approach (setting expectations) and risk mitigation solutions.
I appreciated his flexible availability and work was completed within 24hrs.
