I was so lucky to be taken care of by Lauren and Rebecca at Mayfair in my first ever Melbourne rental property. Even before arriving (back before border issues!) I felt welcomed and so well looked after. Lauren and Rebecca communicate beautifully and efficiently and always go above and beyond to make sure people feel at home and respected as tenants. They were also especially accommodating and non-judgmental with me when I experienced Covid hardship in 2020. I cannot recommend Mayfair highly enough as a business who really cares about people. From day one until I sadly had to move out again, I could not fault the service of this agency and if not for moving home to Qld, I would rent through them again in a heartbeat!! :)

Lauren and Leigh are exceptional professionals who know their job perfectly well. they are not only property managers, but also a consultant, adviser, a handy person, and in summary a go-to person for any issue. Their depth of knowledge and creativity about real estate and anything related to that is exceptional.

I honestly do not have enough words to tell how awesome service they provide for their customers. 10 stars! Being on the tenant side, we get a reply for any question regarding the flat that we rent instantly and they provide solution within hours. Flawless operation from top to bottom. From the moment that we inspected the flat and up to now -that is going about a year- Leigh and Lauren dealt with any issue with a complete positive outlook and highly professional attitude. Refusees to do maintanance when requested. Poor communication with tenants. Worst real estate agents ever. Very unprofessional in the way they act as a business. They had someone from the office walk in uninvited using a key they had. They will not call you when asked to. Resonse to emails is very limited and takes weeks to get a reply.

Honestly, I'm not one to leave reviews, but Lauren and Lee are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service that all other agents claim to provide (which the do not). They simply put all other property managers to shame. I was a tenant through Mayfair and I've never been treated so well and had such great dealings with a landlord. In the market now for a purchase and I'm going through Mayfair again!

I've traditionally used franchised property managers and in my experience, I'd say that they turn over every 12 months or so. The service, at best, is generally mediocre but I never would have come to this realisation if I hadn't switched to Mayfair because I had nothing to compare them to besides similar peers.

Lauren and Leigh deliver exceptional service. They are proactive, very thorough, and provide very creative solutions I didn't even know we're possible. I recently settled on a property, they came to the pre-settlement inspection with me and found a quality tenant in less than a week of the settlement date, negotiated rent above what I expected, and an 18 month lease. Couldn't ask for better outcome than that!
