I've traditionally used franchised property managers and in my experience, I'd say that they turn over every 12 months or so. The service, at best, is generally mediocre but I never would have come to this realisation if I hadn't switched to Mayfair because I had nothing to compare them to besides similar peers.

Lauren and Leigh deliver exceptional service. They are proactive, very thorough, and provide very creative solutions I didn't even know we're possible. I recently settled on a property, they came to the pre-settlement inspection with me and found a quality tenant in less than a week of the settlement date, negotiated rent above what I expected, and an 18 month lease. Couldn't ask for better outcome than that!

If you're sick of dealing with new property managers every time they turn over, even if you don't have an issue with your existing property manager but don't know what they do for you, switch across to Mayfair. You'll start to realise what a difference a proactive, knowledgeable, and customer centric property manager offers you and what you've been missing out on. You won't be disappointed.

This is supposed to be an Italian restaurant and I have been here seven times in the hope that a meal I order will actually be nice considering you are paying quite expensive prices for the meals. The staff are Italian and have very strong accents. You have to repeat yourself a few times or point to the menu. They are slow to serve you. The coffee is amazing, one of the best in Port Melbourne but the meals are so disappointing. The quinoa salad is a $20 salad and is basically a big bowl of green beans sprinkled with quinoa, rocket and smoked salmon. There is no flavour. The pizzas are $15 for a base and hardly any topping. My pepperoni pizza had 3 slices of tiny pepperoni. Breakfast is good but you can't go wrong with bacon, eggs, croissants and toast. The venue is beautiful and I take clients here purely for that reason but I'm embarrassed when the food comes out. Nice coffee and cake venue but I haven't had an enjoyable meal here yet and the staff need to be trained better.

Menu is quite good but quite expensive for what you get/don't get. There is a good cocktail list and is a nice place for casual drinks as well as a meal. There is a large open area out the back, an indoor area with comfy couches and an open fireplace. I do like the pasta dishes but it is hit and miss depending on when you go/ what chefs are on. I think the quality should be more consistent for the prices you pay. The staff are friendly but sometimes a bit slow to respond unless you call out for service.

Very expensive for pub meals and the quality is OK but certainly not for the prices you pay. The menu is consistent which is good. Service is good, the staff are quite attentive. The venue has a lovely restaurant out the back. Good selection of beers and wines but again, can be quite pricey. Large, open venue.

This is a very western influenced Thai menu, not authentic Thai recipes but still good if you're looking for quick takeaway. Best known for noodle box style noodles, there is a good selection and you can mix and match sauces, meats, and noodle types. Don't expect the quality you would get at an Orlando Thai or any other Thai restaurant, it is similar to food court meals. Good value but I would rather order from a Thai restaurant if I was going to eat Thai.

Menu looks great with lots of choice and I'm not sure why I keep going back, maybe convenience, but the food always comes out cold which is disappointing. If I just want a takeaway coffee, I usually have to wait for ten minutes which is why I don't buy here if in a hurry. Good chai lattes if you're prepared to wait. This place could be great but is quite average. Meals are quite large, but again come out cold.

Food here never disappoints. Nice, clean, and healthy meals with a good variety of choices. The fresh juices are amazing and unlike many places, are not watered down. The venue is large and pram friendly. Will and Billy, the owners are lovely and offer great service. They get to know their regulars. I really enjoy going here. Highly recommend.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I watched a tall girl with brown hair molest my food with her hands and was a little disturbed so I asked if I could speak to a manager in private once I sat down and explained why. So no manager, the girl who has no food hygiene standards stormed over and started abusing me very publicly. Mind you, I am 7 months pregnant. She refused to get the manager. I left my food and was quite upset. No food hygiene here. The staff and food are disgusting. The department of health should close you down!

A perfect experience from the decor, ambience, and staff. Greeted with friendly staff and the aroma of lemongrass, the massages are to die for. I always walk in stressed and tense and walk out like I am walking on air. A completely relaxing experience for a very reasonable price.
