Very prompt service (on the morning of my enquiry!) and they did not rush. The reports were detailed and plenty of photos, checking moisture etc. Most importantly they talked me through the report, fixes, periodic checks I should do etc after the inspection and how it compared to other houses they inspect etc. I found the inspectors very professional, extremely helpful and very easy to deal with. Colin inspected our property within the cooling off period of our house purchase as a peace of mind to see if there were any structural defects to the house or termite infestation and damage. The report located some major structural hazards that were then presented to the vendor who agreed to make right the damage prior to settlement.
