Lexus helped me with my sale of my family home. I had naturally assumed it would be an extremely stressful time but the staff at Lexus explained the whole process in simple terms and kept me updated all the way. Used them for simple conveyancing for a house purchase and it was stressful. Customer service was needs improvement, in fact you spend more time talking and passing messages through the receptionist than actually talking to the conveyancer. Only upon mentioning that I was taking my service elsewhere did I get past the receptionist barrier and immediately put through to the director. Save yourself additional trouble and go elsewhere.

The pricing is transparent and all costs breakdowns are given upfront. The fees charged are very reasonable and cheaper than some. Everyone there are very professionals and the director,Julie Pugh is very friendly and helpful. I have used them when I bought my first home and also when I sold my property. They are very efficient and always there when I need to contact them.
