Le Salon Melbourne

At my first visit to Le Salon in Sandringham Gino styled and trimmed my difficult wavy hair so well I was very pleasantly surprised. A fabulous haircut.. I’m feeling very happy that i have found Gino and Le Salon. Very reasonably priced too.

I live on the Mornington Peninsula and have followed Gino wherever he has worked for years. Even when he was based in the CBD i use to commute to hve my hair done by him, he is that amazing. Having curls he understands how to cut my hair and my color is always fabulous. He is the only hairdresser for me. ️

Having recently moved to the area, it was my first visit to Le Salon after 10 years with my previous hairdresser. Gino listened to me and made his recommendations and, once decided, I got exactly what I wanted. He did a fabulous job with a beautiful cut and colour and I was very happy with the result. Although the cost was more than I normally pay, it was worth it. A lovely clean salon, professional staff and a great result. Couldn’t be happier.

I had my first haircut with Gino today and was very impressed. He listened well and I felt confident that he understood my hair type and had the experience to cut it well. Very happy with the result.

The service on my first visit was amazing! Leah listened to my request and my creamy blonde hair looks terrific, using the Olaplex products for blondes pushes their talents to a new level of expertise. Will be back for sure and spreading the word about Le Salon Melbourne.

Charlotte is amazing - she does a terrific job on my hair and my four girls aged 1 - 7. They especially love a trip to Le Salon.

Staff were absolutely lovely! Gave me great advice as I wasn't sure if short hair would suit me but my hair was styled perfectly to fit my face shape and I've never loved my hair more!

Friendliest and most experienced Hairdressers in a lovely setting. Everyone is so relaxed even though they are very busy. They always take the time to listen and to offer advice when needed. I highly recommend this Salon.

This salon is absolutely extraordinary! Situated in the heart of "downtown Sandringham" It is reflective of the dynamism of the village, with its positive vibes.
Charlotte has an amazing efficiency and is so skilled. She has Midas hands.
Mélanie is a very relaxing person and is very professional. All the staff is so welcoming. My family and myself are very happy to go there.

The haircut was good. (Trim with some long layers). Half head of foils wasn't great. Wanted a natural look matching my hair colour. Was made too blonde and yellow and now I feel it is an obvious dye job rather than the natural look I have had elsewhere. Feels stripey with the colour they put in and had a rather new hairdresser do this. I wasn't aware of their lack of experience when I booked and never use inexperienced people on my hair. Was then charged extra for the foils and told I had more regrowth so had to charge me more. Turned in to a rather expensive exercise that I wasn't impressed with. I won't go back. Chair had hair on it from previous client and floor was also dirty.

Had my first haircut and colour by Danni and I'm so very pleased with the result! Thanks so much for your advice and suggestions. Your care and attention to getting the colour just right was greatly appreciated. This was a much needed boost to my self-esteem. I will definitely be back.

Fabulous! Charlotte is passionate,knowledgeable and so time efficient. I easily if there, hair done, cut and blow dried in a hour and 15 mins!!

First time here, drove an hour. Listened to what i was after and produced great cut and blowwave, no hard selling of colour or products will definitely go back and have cut and colour
