Popped in based on an emailed invite to the relaunch. Greeted and directed to seating. That's all. 4 groups came in, were given menus, water etc. Still waiting. Others orders taken. Totally ignored. Extremely disappointed. Left after 15 mins. Better service at McDonald's.

Excellent treatment and care, as usual..highly recommended. Charlotte has been my hairdresser for about 7-8 years now and is a very skilled colourist and stylist. She is always pleasant and very accomodating.
