Im sure the lawyer was good as my home buy did successfully settle however the service and experience was certainly underwhelming. As the customer paying for their service, I was the one that had to constantly follow up and see what was going on. I would receive late replies, if any, and had to be to one to ensure that the process went smoothly and that settlement could be met. The experience was more stressful than what it should have been, especially when you hire a conveyancer to take the stress out. On top of that I was misquoted and overcharged, only to find out I was overcharged 'due to the amount of emails and calls'. There certainly would not have been so many had they been attended to.

Brad Sleurink from Jim’s Conveyancing (Yarraville to Williamstown) and his team were an absolutely delight to work with when my wife and I purchased our block of land. Brad checked over the contract in great details and highlighted to us, in simple language, aspects that were important to understand.
