Excellent coffee and customer service is what my girlfriend and I received here a couple of months ago. Possibly the best coffee we have had in some time. So if you are in Christie's Beach, I would recommend you try them.
At least they were better than their other cafe. Our coffee arrived nice and hot, our meals were tasty and arrived in the correct order. However, they seem to have an issue with staff, the customer service was lacking, not very attentive and so very slow with our meals and also clearing the table after we finished our coffee and entrees. It wasn't busy, they just seemed distracted chatting with each other. I am not sure if I will try them again, as I like to get what I pay for and in this case, I did not.
What is going on? Everything seems to have changed since my last review. Firstly the staff were so unprofessional, smoking a cigarette seemed more important than tending to the customers. It took forever before our order was taken, then the coffee arrived cold and our mains arrived before our entrees. When we asked about our entrees, she replied, OOPS! I forgot! What? Will never return.
Never been disappointed here, always reliable. I love their sushi, their menu is huge so I like to try something different each time, everything is so fresh and the servings are generous, the staff very quick with your order, so it's great when you just want takeaway. Definitely recommend.
Another reliable indian restaurant in Mount Barker, have eaten in a couple of times and also had take away. A very nice dining area with friendly prompt service. Excellent indian cuisine, many dishes to choose from, well presented and delicious. I especially enjoyed their butter chicken and naan. A must try.
Have eaten here a few times now as I love Indian food, can never get enough of it. The staff are always friendly and very quick preparing my order, all my meals have been fabulous, full of flavour, absolutely delicious. They do a great lunch time deal.
Yes a '1' star rating! I am so frustrated with My Survey. One example is last weekend I spent 50 minutes doing a 30 minutes survey (as usual it went overtime) at the end of each survey they ask for feedback as to what you thought of it and then you click submit, which I did. It then came up with technical error and no points were rewarded. I then contacted My Survey and a few days later received a response telling me that I did not complete the survey and therefore will not be rewarded for it. I told them that the survey thanked me and informed my I had completed it and that is why I completed the feedback form. They said no! Therefore, I wasted 50 minutes doing this survey. I have experienced this problem 3 times in the last week, spending so much time doing the surveys and then their excuse is "technical problems", I am sure they keep the information and just don't do the rewarding.
This site use to be ok, but now it really isn't worth my time, I am so close to a reward at the moment that I will only continue for that reason and then that will be the end! Not worth my time and frustration. Extremely disappointing, they really need to get their act together.
Went here earlier this week with my girlfriend, ordered 3 curries to share for $14, great value. The butter chicken was delicious, my girlfriend loved it. My rogan josh was nice and I also enjoyed my vindaloo, I really enjoy very hot curries, but this was ridiculous. My girlfriend was concerned as my face turned red and and my eyes watered, now that's what I call a hot curry, so be warned the 'Vindaloo' is extremely HOT! I don't think I will order the vindaloo again but I will try some of their other dishes.
Celebrated a friends birthday here recently as we knew this was a great place for a gathering and some fabulous pizza. Our pizzas were just as good, if not better than my last visit but the service really was lacking on this occasion. You would think that ordering 5 pizzas would all arrive around the same time (which we asked for) but they didn't, everyone was hungry and wanted some variety rather than two pizzas at a time, the place wasn't busy and none of our drinks were served at the same time, someone was always waiting, it was really disappointing compared to last time as with my previous review there were no issues. Maybe they just weren't in the mood on this particular night. But besides that, they make great tasting, fully loaded pizzas here, which is why I returned.
Will definitely be returning and hope the service will be better.
A great place to pick up a coffee when you are on the go, most recently my girlfriend and I tried a few of their delicacies, so scrumptious and delicious (my girlfriends words), heaps to choose from, hard to only try one. We tried the tim tam marcarons and also the choc brown & peanut butter macaron, the mini cronuts were also delicious, we took a few home for later. Their marcarons really are a must try. My girlfriend was in heaven.
Will be returning and definitely recommend.
