Very nice Italian restaurant, we decided to sit outside as there were plenty of heaters surrounding us to keep us warm. The menu looked fabulous, so much choice. We started with brushetta and shared some gnocchi and a pasta dish. We then proceeded to order the huge 1 metre pizza, it fed 5 of us, it was authentic italian pizza, awesome! The staff were great, quick with our orders, drinks arrived frequently, never left waiting, attentive staff.
We will be returning as the girls want to try the 1 metre dessert pizza.
Not for me, way tooo healthy and found the food bland. Great cafe for vegans and all of the health conscious people, but I really found the food tasteless and didn't even enjoy the coffee, it was average. My girlfriend even agreed with me! A very busy cafe and friendly staff, just not for me.
We usually pick up a few burgers and chips from here whenever in the area as they are fabulous. Their chickens are nicely seasoned so depending if we are on our way home, we often pick one up as well. Have also enjoyed their salads, they have a large varied menu and the staff are so nice and friendly, that is also why I return when in the area.
Definitely one of the best burger places in Adelaide, I love my burgers so I am always on the hunt to try another place. Most recently some mates and I tried Burger Republic, they make awesome burgers using quality meat, fresh ingredients and the servings are generous. We enjoyed them so much, that we returned the following day, they are irresistible. Staff were friendly and quick with our orders.
My girlfriend loves this place, a great atmosphere and friendly staff, not to mention delicious desserts and cocktails. My girlfriend tried the toblerone and red dragonfly cocktails, she said they were delicious, a real indulgence as they are priced at around $16 each, I don't really see the worth there but she did. We ordered the Spats tasting plate, it contained a couple of dips and an assortment of cheeses. Was very tasty, but the chocolate lava cake for dessert for fabulous. I definite must try. Prices vary, with mains starting from $13 and desserts around $10.
This cafe is all about chocolate and desserts really, if you love quality chocolate in any form then this is a must for you. Upon entering they have amazing decadent chocolate display cabinets which I am sure you will find irresistible. We tried the chocolate tasting platter and had a couple of hot chocolates and then finished with coffee. They also have some delicious looking desserts, but there was no room for any more chocolate, I am all chocolated out! So if you love chocolate then this is a must visit. It's not cheap, but well worth it.
Met up with an old school friend here a couple of months ago. A nice little cafe, could do with a makeover. We both had coffee, didn't order any food but the menu did look appetising. We enjoyed our coffee and the staff were friendly and didn't trying pushing any food on us.
Service with a smile! Consistently excellent take away food here, never been disappointed, can't believe i had not already reviewed them. The chickens are never dry, always moist and full of flavour, the chips are excellent and my girlfriend loves their salads. Have enjoyed a few burgers as well. Can always rely on a great feed here, friendly staff, reasonable prices.
As it had been over a year since I last tried this restaurant my girlfriend and I decided to give them another try as they are close by. On this occasion we were not disappointed, yes the service was a little slow, but we were in no hurry and our meals were delicious. We ordered the bhaji and pakoras for entree, they were very moreish as was the cheese and garlic naan, which is a must have. My girlfriend loved here mango chicken and my lamb vindaloo had just the right amount of heat, very authentic, quality meat. We also tried the coconut rice and really enjoyed it, it was a first for us and will definitely be ordering it again.
I am very glad that we gave them another try as we did enjoy ourselves and will be returning.
If you have read many of my reviews you will know I am a lover of indian cuisine. This Indian restaurant certainly is in my top 10, delicious authentic aromatic flavours, quality meat, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Tried my usual vindaloo, was nice and hot, my girlfriend tried her usual butter chicken and said it was perfect. Really like their samosas and naans, really helps with the leftover sauce. Service can be a little slow, but worth the wait.
