Visited (Thursday) to book a table for 4 for dinner that night. Requested a window table furthest from loud speakers. Upon arrival (on time), we were shown to a table elsewhere. We reminded the girl of the table we booked, and she showed clear irritation. Upon being seated for the second time, we placed drink orders and within 10 minutes ordered food. The drink arrived, and with reminding, so did bread and water. After a further hour or so, we called the waiter to check the status of our food order. He said the order had been lost. Finally our food arrived 95 minutes after our arrival. As the wine had by then been consumed (cheapest bottle, $44), we asked for complimentary wine ads a consideration. We were told they "didn't do complimentary". We requested the manager be asked. Same answer. Then we were quoted for further bread with our late food delivery. We left with no apology from management or till operator.

I have had garments altered, and others drastically "reconstructed" (due to my reluctance to dispose of quite expensive garments (jackets, slacks) which no longer fitted well or were originally bought more for quality than best fit). In each case, initial assessment, eye for what combination of alteration was really necessary and in what sequence, care with fittings, etc. all accurately indicated the final outcome. All work has been of top quality, professionally conducted, and provided on time. Price reflects quality of work. I am happy to trust Snippity Snip with my best clothes, my most expensive wardrobe mistakes which are salvaged superbly by these happy ladies.
