Received another rare and excellent example of Customer Service at this Fergusson Plare Chadstone Shopping Centre location. Not only were they polite, genuine and sincere, they also gave me a free party pie and pastie with my order.
The price of a coffee at this Pancke Parlour store has got to be the most expensive generic coffee that I have ever purchased. (Even with the Pancake Parlour 2 for 1 coupon, coffee for 2 people is still overly priced) And how long does it take to make a coffee when there are only three other tables occupied? Fifteen minutes is far too long to wait after midnight for coffee after a movie!
The Queen Victoria Market is not usaully open when I am passing by this Fergusson Plare store location. I managed to drop in recently and was not impressed. The stall is very limited in range and not very tidy. I doubt I would ever visit this store again, as there are better bakery/cafes options in the surrounding area.
Received an excellent example of Customer Service at the Fergusson Plare Burwood east store location. I recommend this store to anyone in the area; the coffee was also of a decent quality.
I have visited this busy store on many occasions. I found that the service is poor qulaity - not only do I judge the service that I receive, but the manner that is displyed to other staff members at this location from the Eastland Managers is something that I do not accept. During a recent promotion, I visited the store on two seperate occasions within a week. One the second occasion the owner tried to tell me that they had no promotion cards left, even though I saw the the partner of the owner open the promotional card box only days earlier which contained 1000 promo cards.
I attended this store at around 9.30pm. The usual standard poor quality fast food chips were received from this location and also a very poor service. Not recommended and very dispppointing quality from Red Rooster on this store which is located on a major interstate artillery.
Visited this store location twice recently. Drive through was very fast and the food was of acceptable quality. On another occassion dined in, but as so often is the case, on this occasion the chips were not cooked properly.
This store would not honour a free voucher upon instructions from the Store Manager. I had absoultely no problems at all in redeeming several vouchers at other store locations. More disappointing - it was the closest store to where I currently reside.
Over the last few years, it is quite rare that you can experience chips that are cooked properly at a fast food restaurant, let alone received chips that actually taste fresh !!! Well done Bendigo, worth stopping for Chips and Strip freebie at this store in Jan 2014.
The Olinda Tea House is a very impressive and immaculate venue, that would be great for a private function. They offer an excellent breakfast menu; I highly recommend the porridge. The scones are authentic 'Australian-sized' scone servings and come with homemade jam and freshly whipped cream. The only down side is that some of the menu items can be expensive - you are paying for an experience.
Approximate cost: $18
