Lunch was a failure this time - not a very good effort at all. Service lack lustre, mistakes made.
Order not complete - unfortunately we found this out on the road and therefore too late to go back for a little chat. Chicken was overspiced, overcooked (tough), not served hot. Our Wraps were drowning in a very bland mayo, very messy to eat, not good eating and not good value.
We found a flyer under our wraps demanding "Feedback" - we obliged. As regular customers we are usually happy with this business, today not so much.
Over the last few years, it is quite rare that you can experience chips that are cooked properly at a fast food restaurant, let alone received chips that actually taste fresh !!! Well done Bendigo, worth stopping for Chips and Strip freebie at this store in Jan 2014.
This Red Rooster rules.................Service is great, food is excellent, Always clean when I have been there. Yummy. Always cook the food fresh and there cheesy nuggets are the best wish I could get them in a supermarket
