I was a big fan of the Michel's Pattiserie Coffee franchise. But after the business ownership changedhands a couple of years ago, their has been a steady declince in the quality of staff, to the point that they now have some of the worst Cafe staff I have ever come accross. And, there was an increase in coffee prices, making other stores much more appealing.
Overall, I am not really a fan of Gloria Jeans Coffee stores - usuallly the waiting times are excessive. But the guys that work long hours at the Melbourne Central Gloria Jeans provide a fast and excellent service.
I visit this store three times in 2013. I mentioned the disgusting condtion of the Mens toilets on the second occasion - but it appears that they do not clean the Mens toilets. I will not visit this Cafe ever again, sorry guys.
Hope that the big guy does not serve you (I think he is also related to the guy at the Victoria Gardens Ali Baba store) - both of them present customer skills that are well below par and they are very slow in service.
This is a great location, I guess it is a pity that none of the Dairy Bell stores currently stock the much favoured and sought after Dairy Bell Strawberry Cheese Cake flavoured Ice Cream :(

I visit Boost Juice Eastland on a regular basis. You can be assure of quality Juices & Smoothies from all Boost Juice Stores, but if you are ever inclined to try the Banana Bread, I suggest you give it a miss. I have tried the Banana Bread a couple of times from different locations and it is always dry and appears stale. Maybe they should ditch the Banana Bread and replace it with a Banana cookie...
Really impressed with the quality of food that I have received from Salsa as well as the fast service at the Eastland Shopping Centre store location. No doubt, I will vist this store again in the near future..
The crew at this store are fabulous. One of the busiest store locations that I have evr visited. They all display an excellent professional customer service standard and depsite the queue, there is never more than a couple of minutes of spent waiting for an order.
There is a walkway on Whitehorse Road to this store through an Optometrist. I was served by a well mannered junior staff member at this Fergusson Plare store location, but unfortunately the Hedgehog slice was the usual quality - which is very average.
It took me sometime to actually located where this store is. From memory it is actually part of the Bunnings Hardware store. I was served by junior who was very polite, but the Hedgehog slice was the usual Ferguson Plare poor qulaity Hedgehog Slice, I should stop buying them!
