This Woolworths is quite small compared to others (such as the ones in Baulkham Hills or Cherrybrook). I would only go there for emergency purchases and if I'm already in Eastwood doing other shopping.
This Bunnings is almost as large as the one in Castle Hill. The staff are very friendly. They even have someone to help you out at the front if you have any questions. However, the service when you want to pay for something is not always fast.
I love Vietnamese food. Lil Cilantro has a menu that boasts a lot of variety and reasonable prices. They sell soups, grilled meat, drinks and crepes. However, I'm surprised that they do not have many vegetarian options because when I went to Vietnam, there were plenty whenever we went to a restaurant.
Approximate cost: $13
As this is located in the Cherrybrook Village, it is convenient as a reasonably priced lunch. Depending on your choice of bread and filling, this can be a healthy meal. I like having the vegetarian option, with lots of salad.
Cherrybrook Village is conveniently located near Cherrybrook Technology High School and John Purchase Public School, so it makes it easy for kids to have access to a shopping mall. The parking is usually fine, although they do have their busy days. There is a Woolworths here, which is a medium size, and they also have other shops - hairdresser, banks, newsagents, clothes shops, and a few restaurants.
They have an online outlet store. As long as you know your size, and have tried on their products in store, you can buy online with confidence that they will fit. They have big discounts in their online outlet. If you subscribe to their newsletter, you will receive a $10 discount for full price items over $50.
The website offers $10 discount for those who sign up to their newsletter. They also have stock in stores such as Myer, with discounts every now and then. I like their Besties line, with the wirefree bras and matching briefs. They feel soft and comfortable to wear, and fashionable at the same time.
This company sells excellent quality products, which are particularly good for dryer skin types. They sell rose hip oil, and sometimes they have offers where they are discounted at Priceline, or they have a free product with a purchase. Their vital moisturising cream is a bit rich for my oily skin type, but is good for dry patches. If you have broken skin, do not use it on there because it can sting.
I've bought shampoo from them. I found that it wasn't so good for cleansing my oily hair. No matter what amount I put, my hair didn't feel that clean after using it. Maybe the shampoo would be better for shorter hair, or those with dryer hair. I also like how they sell an affordable rosehip oil.
I've bought skincare (Akin) and haircare products (Alchemy) from this company. They make good quality, natural products, which are normally more expensive than regular products, but you can sometimes find them discounted at Priceline, or David Jones. Their Lavender & Rose Repairing Anti-oxidant Night Creme is rich and very moisturising.
