Quality selection of food,to either at in or takeaway.they also do catering.the cafe/deli is gorgeous,there's seating out front and back so you can have a delicious lunch whilst relaxing.coffee used to be awful,but is now quite good.
Went here for lunch and a cold scotch,the lunch was huge serving,and tasted great.its typical pub food but with a modern twist,eg I had chicken Camembert that was divine.partner had the most beautiful saucy juicy American BBQ ribs ive ever tried,I ate a bot of his too lol.atmosphere here is great,people are friendly,staff efficient,and place is historic old hotel,worth a look at.

Used this real estate to help my brother find a house to rent,and they were ok.theyre a small business and are a husband and wife team,which gives it a personal touch bigger companies don't have.they have a small selection of houses available,but the ones available are all executive homes and really nice,and all surprisingly affordable,another bonus is they are also available to show you houses at times that other agents may not be available.
When looking for a house to rent with my brother we dealt with this real estate.its a small office and a small business,but there's a good number of houses and flats to lease,or buy.the receptionist is lovely,and was very knowledgable on the area we were looking at renting.
I helped my brother find a house to rent,and this is one of the real estates we looked at houses through.they were extremely helpful,knowledgable and there was alot of properties available,all at normal cairns prices.
Excellent burger with the lot,salads were fresh and not too much salad to meat ratio.fish and chips have always been good,not over or under cooked,and not too much batter.tomato sauce is free too :) shop is clean and easy to find.

I stayed at the Sheraton which wasn't great,only thing that was,is this beautiful,truly divine day spa.i had a fantastic massage and facial,if I am in port Douglas again I will come back for the head and sole package which is nearly 3hours of pampering,and a great price!

For what I paid a night,$250,I was disappointed.whilst there's heaps of things for kids to do,staff treated me and my kids like we were too much(which my kids aren't,they are actually rally well behaved)we only stayed on eight as I didn't want to stay any longer.place needs a renovation,everything looks old and tired.ive stayed at Sheraton in Gold Coast and THAT place could teach this one a thing or two!
Stayed in a wonderful tree house room,which was lovely,clean and cool,a huge plus in the heat up here!the resort is beautiful,only complaint is the restaurant food wasn't great,and quite exxy too..this pace is expensive and lovely,but not what I was hoping,but again still nice.
A wonderful little B and B run by a local family,we stayed here a night and enjoyed it.set in tropical surrounds,in a beautiful lodge type housing,it was lovely and quiet,clean and affordable.would be great for people new to Australia as the wildlife(they fed the kookaburra on the verandah by hand)is prolific and beautiful.
