An excellent business! Staff are so nice, always helpful and willing to explain what's needed. Focus is on service rather that fit-out and that appeals to me. Excellent prices, reliable service and polite staff.

Consistently really good. Great food, great service, great value and a pleasant location. Has a great take away service also. Even as a loyal regular, it is still a pleasure to eat at the Jewel.
The food here is amazing! Every dish is delicious and great value for money - fine dining Chinese-style. Staff are very friendly, decor is very nice, service is excellent but the food is exceptionally good. My current favourite!
I persevered with this business hoping it would improve but it got worse, getting rid of the friendly efficient staff and getting a new manager who was rude and unhelpful. I always felt ripped off and did not enjoy the service at all. I finally gave up hoping it would improve and found somewhere else. I now wonder why I went back even a second time.
Really great service in pleasant but not overly extravagant setting. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. No pushy sales pitches or over-servicing. Prices are reasonable and great value for money. Open at convenient times, it is clean, in a great location and a pleasure to attend. Very very happy.
At least 6 phone calls went to answering machine. After leaving a message, someone finally called back but it was hard to find a suitable appointment time. On arrival, the staff person was rude and made an inappropriate comment. The actual service was fair but only just. The attitude was as if I was a nuisance just by being there. The sales pitch at the end was pushy and condescending. I would not go back even if I was given a gift voucher. Very very disappointing.

Replaced Iphone screen and cleaned speaker vents in very short time. Returned repaired phone by express post. Pleasant to speak to and service was as quick as they had promised.
