Came in for a video game controller to be fixed, was told it may be longer than usual due to not having to fix the type of controller before but was called back very quickly to give me the time frame and exactly what they'd be doing to fix it. Half a week later the controller was fixed in great condition and I was given some extra spare parts for free that they'd used to fix it. Very friendly staff, efficient service and the price was more than fair.

A massive thank you to Rob and the team at iPD Service Center. I had an RTX 2070 Super graphics card that had an issue with the power circuit monitoring chip. I contacted the team and Rob gave me a very reasonable quote to remove the old chip and microsolder a new one on in its place. He even offered to source the chip for me, however I'd preemptively ordered one myself. His quote for the import was also exactly what I paid myself to get the chip shipped in which is so respectable.

Needless to say, the work done on the GPU was impeccable and completely fixed my issue. The card now works flawlessly once again and Rob even did some extra measurements of the other components around the defective area to check if they were in the correct ranges.

Prior to finding iPD, I got quotes from other technicians to see if their services were reasonable, however they all wanted to charge me extremely high prices - very close to what it costs to purchase a replacement GPU (making it economically unviable).

Thank goodness I found iPD!

This is the second GoPro I have had repaired by iPD.
Dropped my GoPro9Black off with rear screen not working. Was fully informed of what the repair would entail and the restrictions after the repair was completed. Repairs were carried out in a very prompt manner. I requested that the GoPro be shipped to me as I live on the NSW South Coast. This was not a problem and when it arrived only 2 business days after being sent, I was very impressed with the way it had been packaged to ensure no damage would occur during transit. Very Happy with the overall experience and interaction.

Professional and prompt service. Know their stuff! Convenience of sending and returning via mail worked well! While the GoPro is no longer waterproof, I usually snorkel and scuba dive with a waterproof case anyway. Highly recommended!
