Reliable good service at a reasonable price.
Obviously if any device breaks down it is costly to get it repaired. This is not the fault of the repairer. I am happy with the service and especially with a good old style friendly customer service.

I've been using Rob & his Team for over a Decade... My cubs are pretty damn hard on their fones & laptops & iPB consistently gets me out of trouble & cheaply. I will never be run-round & around again by those plonkers at Chatty Chase's Apple, as has happened. Seriously, Rob & his Team are OUTSTANDING
A faulty Apple charger led to difficulty charging my iPad.
The so-called "genius" desk (!) at Apple said: yes, charger port damaged, it cannot be repaired, you will need to buy a new iPad.
IPD said yes, charger port damaged, no problem, fixed charge, collect tomorrow.
No contest!
Repaid my son's IPad and extremely happy with repair and service.
