At least 6 phone calls went to answering machine. After leaving a message, someone finally called back but it was hard to find a suitable appointment time. On arrival, the staff person was rude and made an inappropriate comment. The actual service was fair but only just. The attitude was as if I was a nuisance just by being there. The sales pitch at the end was pushy and condescending. I would not go back even if I was given a gift voucher. Very very disappointing.
