Thanks Daniel and Sam for fixing our old ducted heating.
They did a thorough investigation, advised us what they were doing and why and promptly resolved the problems. They also explained why putting filters in the floor ducts is not a great idea. As a result of the great service we have now booked Efficient Pure Plumbing for a maintenance visit on our cooling system.
Great to deal with. Darren fixed our solar hot water system and checked it thoroughly. They did have to wait for parts from the supplier but kept us informed. A good, honest and communicative company.
Our Bathroom, Toilet and Washbasin (3 separate rooms) were rearranged and totally renovated. This involved rearranging walls and windows and installing new fittings, plumbing and tiling.
Duncan and his team care about their work and kept us fully informed all the way through the job. They discussed problems, suggesting solutions rather than just going ahead without consulting with us.
They got stuck in, did a great job and cleaned up as they went. The only delays were our fault (deciding on fittings) but they still managed to meet the deadline.
We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend DNA to everyone.
