This carpark offers both casual daily parking as well as permanent parks.
The casual daily rate is $8 per day, which is cheaper than some other carparks, and is certainly cheaper than paying by the hour in the Hobart City Council carparks.
The monthly rate is $165 per calendar month. Sometimes this works out to be more expensive than paying the daily rate, but you are guaranteed a car park.
The monthly rate is almost triple some nearby car parks (some are only $55 per month), but the car parks are more accessible in Collins Way than some others.

Nice modern self container accommodation near the centre of Melbourne. We got a 2 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space in the living/dining/kitchen area.
One of the bedrooms was fairly small and the end of the bed was pretty much where the sliding doors to the bedroom closed.
The room we stayed in backed onto a lane which had pubs on it. The noise of the garbage trucks clearing out the bottles each night was very very noisy.
I would definately use them again, providing I didn't get a room that backed onto the noisy alley.
I had to take my baby to Hobart Pathology to have various tests, including getting blood taken, a throat swab and nose swab. I was dreading taking a baby for those tests, but the staff made it a breeze.
They gave her stickers and a teddy bear, which she was thrilled at. They were really patient and made it easy for my baby and for me.
Highly recommend. They often bulk bill too.

We used this company as they are one of the two the nominated service providers to repair our TV. The other company had very limited customer service. We chose Elmic because they had great customer service, were prompt to arrange an appointment, arrived on time, returned my calls when they said they would, and then they fixed the TV promptly.
Elmic Electronics came to our place to fix the TV, whereas the other repairer said we had to bring the TV in.
We used Inner Space to install some wardrobes at our place. The lady who came to quote and measure was very friendly and helpful. We had thought we were set on the idea of what we wanted, but she came up with some really useful suggestions to improve the design and we're really pleased we listened.
We're happy with the wardrobes themselves, although they aren't of the highest standard of quality.
