A group of 8 of us went here last week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We did go at a time that wasn't busy so we found the service to be quite good. It was a 15 year old birthday party and the staff came out to sing Happy Birthday to her when the cake was brought out. Everyone enjoyed their meals so a good experience all up.
I eat here often, I ask them to make me a beef curry soup with half noodles and extra vegetables and they are happy to do it. The Boonchu chicken is one of their best dishes and the fried rice is always fresh and made on the spot. A friendly place and good for a quick feed as you watch Broadbeach life go by.
What a lovely little theatre, intimate theatre at its best seating about 150 people. I went to 4 short plays here and was so impressed with them, and it cost only $10. They also have major plays here, I am looking forward to Fiddler on the Roof in September 2012. It is run by volunteers and such a wonderful community service.
Had an absolute ball here today, I bought a world pass for a year so I could go back again. The Bengal Tiger show was amazing and the 2 cubs are adorable. I was surprised that they had an Australian Wildlife attraction, you can pat the wallabies, and see live koala's, cassawary's, tawny frogmouth, gliders, tasmanian devil, dingo's red kangaroo's and heaps more. I am so glad I bought a yearly pass.
Approximate cost: $119.95
What an enjoyable dinner I had here tonight. I had the lamb / haloumi skewers on salad, and my friends had the veal main & spaghetti bolognese and all of it was delicious. The service was impeccable and I would definately go back.
Stopped in here today for lovely Di Bella coffee with friends, and the lively Italian music had me boogying to my table. The European, Italian & Meditteranean deli had a great range of cheese & produce, and lovely imported goods on the shelves were mouth watering. It was nice to have a chat with Paul the owner, who was just so friendly, while his wife was preparing some delights!
What a relaxing experience, in a massage chair, feet soaking in warm spa, having a lovley pedicure and massage of the lower legs.... and then having the hands pampered the same way. Such a large range of nail polish colours, I left there feeling relaxed and totally pampered.
Approximate cost: $45
I had my car respsrayed here, as the QLD sun had damaged the paintwork which was peeling. The service was brilliant, the car was ready when they said it was going to be, and the job was top notch, my car looks brand new. Snow Bodyworks is family owned and operated and they have built a reputation as an honest, quality repair facility with a fully equipped workshop. The staff here at Snow Bodyworks provides the highest standard of workmanship and customer service, at very good value too.
I am a fan of this shop, I buy the cheesecakes as they are mine and my partners favorite, and mud cake as it is my Mums favorite, and depending on the amount of guests I have, there is a choice of 2 different size pavlova's which is a favorite with everyone. Can please everyone with what is on offer here.
I always pop in here for the brandysnap cookies which are my favorites. They sometimes have a buy 3 get 1 free deal, very indulging to eat in one sitting, but luckily I am not on my own! Their cakes can be personalised (decorated by hand)for that special occasion. They will even gift wrap your cookies if you want them too.
