dreamworld isn't what it was when i was a kid. i took my kids 2 months ago and the place seems run down and lacking rides that are up and running. my kids did however love wiggle world but that was very limited as they needed an adult to accompany my children and yet they informed that there was a 70kg weight limit.
the animal park was ok though the koala handler was extremely rude and pushy for the photos and just ripped the koala from my arms after the photos were taken, this put me off for the rest of the day seeing an animal treated with such disregard to it comfort.

Approximate cost: $189

It's a day out I will never forget, it was the day after we arrived from the UK and our son took us out there for a treat. We really enjoyed the rides and all the fun of the fair. Great place to visit, especially if you have children.

fantastic day out well worth the money i recommend visiting in the off peak time as the lines get ridiculously long you can now get a yearly pass at 9 per week as well which i think is great not having the big expense up front it works out to be almost the same price as buying out right

Its a good place for kids and they do have some interesting stuff for adults, but being a disability pensioner i donot beleive we should pay any where near the amount as i cannot go on any rides so i basically pay to be in my wheelchair and watch, the food is horrible and way overpriced, they really need to reprice the food not only taste terrrible but you pay so much for something that is horrible. I think disability side of it someone high up should look at the pricing. It is great for kids and people whom can use all the areas.

My husband and I went there on a Thursday in May during our honeymoon. We enjoyed all the rides we went on. The scariest by far is the Giant Drop. It's 380 feet in the air for about a miute, and then you drop for at least 5 seconds, free falling. It's very scary, but what a thrill!. We went during off peak season so harldy any waiting for rides. We got a great deal done by lunch time, although we had to wait for a bus because we didn't stay the whole day.

Food is very pricey, so it's advisable to bring your own lunch, which you can consume at Whitewater World which is next door. We didn't bring lunch - we bought expensive food.

Although we bought a 3 day pass, we only went once. We felt like we had done most things already and didn't want to travel from Surfer's Paradise again the next day. Also, because it was slightly colder during May, we decided not to go to WhiteWater World, which would have been more fun in summer.

a good time is always had by young & old at dreamworld. Took the 3 kids for their first visit a few weeks back and they loved it! Older kids would get more out of the park but there's still heaps for the little ones to do. We went on a weekday so the queues weren't too bad, i think 15mins was the longest wait time. Park was clean and enjoyable. They have a few deals going at the moment. 1 is a 50% off coupon on the back of the shoper docket (can print it online too), the other is a pass that also gets you into the Q1 skydeck.

Yes, the shopping docket currently has an offer for passes at Dreamworld. It was on the back of a Woolies docket last time I saw

Dreamworld is a must visit if visiting Surfers Paradise. Great rides and reasonably priced. One of entry fee allows you access to as many rides as you like. If you travel in the off season it is great value as the lines are not as long as in the high season.
