Recently went into the Telstra Shop in Airport West and was appalled at the customer service (or lack thereof). The two sales assistants were talking about their manager in a negative way and when i asked to purchase a SIM card they were unwilling to leave their conversation. They said they couldnt ID me as account was in husbands name and said i wasnt authorised (which i am!) Luckily hubby came and sorted it out - but as i walked out i definately saw them snickering to each other. As i left i also saw an elderly man being spoken too in a rather rude and harsh manner.

Excellent! I have been going to Dr John for some years and I would follow him to the ends of the earth! I have never been a fan of Dentists, probably a byproduct of my childhood experiences. I reluctantly visited Albert Square Dental when the pain became to unbearable. I remember my first visit - Dr John was so gentle, so calm and soooo patient. He explained the proceedures to me over and over again until I was comfortable. He stoped during treatment anytime I wanted too. I never felt nor saw a single injenction! I have told many people that come my way to visit Dr John, and they all come back with raving reviews. I strongly recommend anyone who is anxious, apprehensive or fearful of the dentist to visit this place. Oh yeah I got a full mouth rehabilitation (dental implants and veneers) which has changed my life! Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality work that i have received

I love this place! My dentist, Dr John actually paid for me to visit this place after completing some complex dental treatment. it was just what i needed! I love the ambiance, it was relaxing as soon as i walked in. The staff were super friendly and really made me "unwind." I would seriously recommend the deep tissue massage - ooohhhhhhaahhhaaaahhhh. Thanks guys, and thanks Dr John!

Crowns middle of the range hotel, quite classy and modern. The rooms are nice with great views. The room service was quite slow however and cold upon arrival. I have also stayed recently in the new version of the chain, Crown Metropol and that is very urban chic.

A great location and heaps to do in the complex.

I have used Ray White to manage a property for quite some time, They have been on the ball and efficient most of the time. Recently they did a bit of a stuff up but they fixed it immediately so i did not suffer. I really appreciated this and would highly recommend to anyone
