Chris and his team have just fitted ducted aircon for us. Arrived on time and job was finished by 3.30 the same day. Amazingly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. No mess to clean up and the vents are all neat and unobtrusive. By far the best company I've ever dealt with and I recommend them 100%.

Hi there, I've an issue with my Samsung ducted air conditioning at home. When I try turning the unit on,after Less than a minute it switched off and red light binking and say E320 and repair sign binking too. Tried switching off both controller and turn on again, sometimes it works but same problem again happening now and doesn't work anymore. The air conditioning is connected to a zone 10 advantage air. Please see below attached picture of the controller. Could you please let me know when and how much would it costs to get a technician attending? Thanks
