I have nothing but high praises for Air & Water Residential / Elect Comfort Solutions. Don was great — he promptly organised an on-site inspection shortly after I called, and he emailed a quote and duct plan the same day. His install team were prompt, professional, and most importantly clean. Communication was never a problem and updates were regular.

Even though my roof clearance was extremely shallow, Don made sure to find a compatible ducted system, and quoted at a very competitive price.

From start to finish Air & Water Residential were great. I would very comfortably recommend them to anyone.

Paid 20% deposit on the 23/9/2016 and the company has gone under on 5/10/2016. Phone cancel and doors shut, not informing the customer. Please refund.

Happy with the installation, not very happy with the rubbish left behind. It does state on the quote that basic installation does not include removal of waste which I assumed would be packaging not bags and bags of insulation which took 3 trips in the ute to the refuse centre.

After service is very poor, we currently have bugs coming through the air con vents, this may not be an installation issue so agreed to pay a call out fee if this wasn't the case. Stayed in all day on the agreed day, nobody showed and no contact explaining why and still awaiting a reply from our installation manager.

We were going to use them to install a wood burner next year but our business will now be going elsewhere..

Got the gas heater at a great price. Gas installer was also great.

We recently had an Bonaire Integra II Evaporative air con installed. The sales service I received was prompt, polite and professional. The trademans that installed the air con was friendly, experienced and tidy (clearing up well afterwards). We have not needed to use the air con system yet, but have turned it on to test it and can tell that it is going to be much more effective than our old system. Overall, we were very happy with the service from air and water and would recommend them to others.

Just had a new Daikin 20 kw system installed, couldn't fault the work ethic of the guys, removed the old unit and cleaned up well. Unit working fine, but we did have one problem and this could be a warning to all, Daikin units can sometimes interfere with TV reception! We had Daikin out twice to check out the unit but said working well, installers problem! Anyway got out TV expert who worked out aircon was interfering with signal he was able to fix, so check your TV when installed! Don and the guys at Air and Water were good enough to pay half of the TV experts bill and I appreciated there efforts to fix the problem, would highly recommend them.

2 Years ago we had a Cool Breeze installed in our home and Larry and the Team did a fantastic job. We were so impressed with the service we used Air and Water again this month firstly to replace our existing Solar Hot Water system, and Install a new Bonaire to an Investment property. A professional company that listened to our requests from the first meeting with Don from Air and Water to the efficiency of the Tradesman that fitted our Air Condition unit. Having an older style house, we had issues with our ceilings being installed in the 1930's and every care was taken to insure minimal strain
and this was one of their priorities. The patience of Don Curnow ensuring our Unit was exactly what we wanted and to accommodate for our future extensions.

Our electric storage hot water system failed on Friday night. Visited Air & Water Saturday morning & spoke with Larry. Ordered a 300 Ltr Rinnai Solar system & paid deposit. Larry advised that it would be delivered Tuesday but would confirm.
Monday Larry rang to say that unit would not be available until Thursday & a temporary system would be installed Monday morning.
On Thursday morning the boys arrived at 8.00am to install. The electrician arrived & 9.30 am & by 10.30 am the team had left the property, job complete. Thank you for great service!!!!!!

Thanks to Don and the team for their professionalism. Had a very tricky install and Air and Water were the only ones that provided consultancy rather than just trying to sell me a product. Install went smoothly and have already recommended them to a friend.

My old Solar HWS rusted out after 20 years. Rang around and found Air and Water. Got a quote same day and new Solar to Solar installed with-in two days. Great service - fast and efficient. Could not be happier. The new 330 Lt Rinnai Solar works fantastic. Great workmanship from both the Plummer and Electrician. Very happy indeed.

Great customer service. Installed the rinnai touch 26 l very helpful when minor issue was found with the new hot water unit. Had the plumber come around twice at no extra cost. They also organised an electrician to install an outdoor switch for very good price. Highly recommended them

Had the hot water system blow up. Called around and Air and Water had the replacement we wanted - Rinnai Solar Hot Water system with electric booster. It was in stock so installation was next day. Pretty happy with customer service, there people in sales and finances answered all my particular questions about the unit itself, the install and the cost. They were helpful and available on the email and on the phone. Will be recommending this company to friends and family.

Contacted these guys and within days I was contacted, an appointment was made Larry came out and went into the roof space to check things out.
The next day we have a very competitive quote along with the full installation schedule!

My partner and I ordered a Panasonic split system for our bedroom recently, and from start to finish the sales and installation team were informative and extremely helpful. I've never dealt with a company that has had such good customer service. Our home was left neat and tidy, and the old unit was removed the same day. I would definitely use Air & Water again.

I ordered a Daikin reverse ducted airconditioning system from Air and Water in 2015 for my new house and have it installed yesterday. From the selection to installation, they have been friendly and patient with all my questions. Installation only took a half day which is a surprise to me and when I got home, everything is ready and the electrican explained everything thoroughly. After the installation, I still had several stupid questions and Cassidy answerred them very patiently. I am very satisfied with their services and would definitely recommend Air and Water to my friends.

Don't touch them with a barge pole! Apart from the price which is very competitive, we had a nightmare experience with them from the workmen failing to properly put down drop sheets so there was plaster dragged into every room to the fact they wrecked our ceilings. We were exchanging our old evaporative air conditioner for a reverse cycle. We never had one problem with our ceilings during that install. However with air and water they insisted that we sign a form stating they took no responsibility for damage to lath and plaster ceilings before starting. They then made large holes in the ceiling which they either didn't bother to try and repair or they did such a bad job of filling the holes that everyone who has seen them since have been astonished by the poor workmanship. I am told by the W.A Building Commission that they can not
contract out of poor workmanship yet we are still arguing with them now about repair. We are going to take them to the Building Commission, Do yourself a favour- get another company.

We purchased an evaporative system from Air and Water Residential. Out of all the companies that provides us with a quote, they provided us the most detailed quote that allowed us to know exactly what we were purchasing. Once we confirmed our quote, the team at Air and Water provided us with the information we needed to get our system installed. Any questions we had they easily answered and even accommodated our availability when scheduling installation. On the day our system was installed, our installer was very prompt and efficient. He came right on time and explained everything he would be doing. We were very impressed with how clean his work was. We hardly cleaned up after him. In addition, he was very thorough in explaining how to use and maintain the system. We were very pleased with the whole process. We would recommend them for anyone thinking of getting a system installed.

I recently installed a ducted aircon in my house and i was worried at the begining about damages to the roof, celings etc when installing an ducted system. I went with air & water due to their resonable price, good reviews and excelant before sale infomation on ducted systems which they gave me for hours in store and over the phone. The staff were so friendly and knew the what they were doing. Installation went smoothly and really no complaints. Did a real good job. Would recoomend to anybody. Keep up the good works guys. Air & Water recently installed an 18kw Daikin reverse cycle system interfaced with an Airstream (izone/isave) control system in my house. They were very easy to deal with & were prompt & professional from the quoting process through to installation. The best thing is that the system works a treat & is a huge improvement on the previous system. I would definitely recommend A & W for any AC work. Thankyou to Don & the team.

I had two split system ACs installed in a new house. The quality of work by the installer was excellent. There was some miscommunication between the installer and the company about the time of installation. As a result, I had to wait several hours for the installer before he turned up. But as the quality of work was so good, I could forget about the inconvenience I had faced earlier in the day. Overall, I am happy with the final product.
